I have stayed here several times over the years and it seems like the hotel has gone downhill a little. Nothing major but just little things. They just need to hire some really good maintenance guys to go through the rooms and make the small fixes. Like water dripping in bathroom sink, toilet seat loose, drain in shower being slow where at the end of shower your standing in water. Like I said just some small maintenance issues and this could be a super hotel again. The pool area was also shut down, I don’t use that area so that wasn’t an issue for me.

It's a below average hotel. Nothing against the people working there. Poorly staffed. But hard working staff. Just feels very rundown. Renovation needed badly.

I got this hotel so my granddaughters could swim. The pool was under maintenance and has been for sometime apparently. So that was a disappointment. Overall it was clean, front desk was friendly.

We had a good experience with this property on one night and decided to stay again on another night later in our trip. The second experience was nowhere near as good as the first. The shower in the second room had some type of major leak, causing water to spray ALL OVER the bathroom—dousing the ceiling, floor, toilet, toilet paper, the works. Whether the thermostat was set at 67 or 73, the room temperature did not change. When we reported these problems to the clerk at checkout, she said that she would report them to maintenance BUT SHE OFFERED NO APOLOGY AND NOTHING WHATSOEVER BY WAY OF COMPENSATION OR A “MAKE GOOD.” Clearly, they do not care about their customers’ experience or satisfaction.

We stayed here as part of a longer trip. Wanted to visit the National Park for a couple of days. This place had reasonable pricing and was closest to the park.
It needs much updating but was clean and provided breakfast. It was a basic continental but similar to a Hampton inn that regard.
Prob wouldn't stay here again but might if prices were significantly lower. The hotel is being bought out so may be redone in the future.

Ok stay. Facility needs serious updating. Parking lot entrance next to our room had a dozen old mattress piled up next to the entrance door. Breakfast was very average except for the overly ripe and very brown bananas that were very unappetizing. And Hotels.com should have a question whether there is an elevator. This facility does not have an elevator and for seniors to drag heavy luggage up stairs is quite challenging.

The service from staff members was friendly and attentive. The room is okay. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was okay.
There are some issues with the condition of the motel. The toilet was wobbly and the seat not well attached. Shower controls did not work well and there is peeling wallpaper.

Staff was very kind. Rooms smelled of stale smoke, sink drain smelled of dirty sewage. The front desk clerk was kind enough to give us some spray to try to alleviate some of the smell.

Was just one night and was good. Comfy beds and pillows. The room and bathroom were dark. Service was fine and breakfast is a continental (has scramble eggs, potatoes, sausage , some fruits, yogurt, cereals, waffles..

The hotel was simple but worked well for our purposes. Very convenient to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National park. Staff were helpful. The property seems to be undergoing upgrades (for example, all TVs were being replaced during our stay). We requested a room with no carpeting due to allergies, and were happy to get that. One area that could be improved is shade. It was very hot and sunny and there was no shade for parking. We would stay there again if ever in the same area.
