The check in hostess was fantastic. My room was nice.

One night stay, just passing through, had everything I needed for a great price. Steps to 2nd floor, not sure if there was an elevator because I didn’t needed. No breakfast was fine with me and we found a good place near by at Callaghan’s Resteraunr

Stay was average, but flat pillows that had clean pillow cases but stained pillows. Loose or non working outlets. But otherwise a nice quiet stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room smelled like mildew. It was not clean there was an opened bottle of shampoo in the shower. Staff had crew meeting outside our door at 3:00 in the morning.

Had to cut the trip short. Hotel was clean. Pool was nice. Staff were friendly. Not a fan of the extra 75 dollar hold but for the value. I’d go again.

My stay was nice and comfortable for the price. However, the only problem I had was a light socket that didn't work. I had to plug my laptop into another outlet to charge.

What i didnt like about the property is that they would not let you check in until you paid an extra 75 dollars for a deposit....which they say you get back after you check out if their is no damage...i never had to do this and i better get the money back.

There are two properties within 3 miles that are Garden Inn. We arrived at the wrong place. This needs to be corrected.

floor was always damp for some reason, we all got some weird disease from staying there.

The hotel seemed dirty, the room smelled awful. There was a sharps container in the hallway for needles and trash piled up outside a side exit door and walkway till it was picked up a day and a half later. The front desk person was helpful when asked for clean towels.

The room was ok the beds weren't queen like it says they were very small,we ended up leaving a day early

The pool that was shown wasnt usable and the on sight restaraunt was closed. It was clean in the room.

The room was “stale”. We were told no smoking in the room and it felt like the room was stale. I put the air far down to try and make it better but there was no use. They need to do a better job of freaking up the rooms, I cannot say I would stay there again.
The staff was friendly enough though at checkout, when all you want to do is leave, we had to wait for the guy to go and check our room to get our $75 back. Not his fault I am sure but this was a pain.
Basically a small outfit maybe a little better then a motel 6.

Very friendly staff and close to many shopping and food options. Remodeling was being done to this classic building to make some updates but it didn’t interrupt our stay. Overall very happy with the staff and our stay. 😊

Well first off I thought it was weird that the lady who checked me in didn't have me swipe my debit card through the reader but picked it up and entered my card information herself, which makes me wonder if they can take anyone's card information and just enter it on the reader and make bogus charges on guests without their knowledge.

I liked the proximity to my destination, the quiet and its proximity to restaurants. I didn't like that one of the staff was mildly surly.
