Check inn started out with a customer trying to check in with some else’s credit card. Got a handicap room- shower?! Door to the balcony that overlooked a derelict housing complex didn’t close properly. Had a great time while the power was out with no AC or bathroom lighting!

Power went out, room got extremely hot… had to walk up & down the stairs 4 times from the 6th floor due to the elevators not working…

I did not like the fact that they don't tell you you have to pay $$.00 per night parking fee after you have booked the rooms . this is done when you book thru anyone but them . should say on website that if you book thru a 3rd party you have to pay for parking. very sneaky not to let you know before you book a non refundable reservation. everything else was fine to bad they can,t be up front with extra cost.

I loved this hotel. I just did a one night staycation so I could be up early for the beach on my second day and this spot is perfect. The room was nice and the pool was perfect for cooling off.

I think it was ok. The hotel itself needs a face lift, there is a lot things that needs to be renovated within the rooms, service was good. Found a two dead bugs in the room but what really got me was the unexpected $23 mandatory non refundable fee for parking which wasn't explained or showed to me neither on paper or in person or anything saying i was gonna be charge that amount for "parking" in their own parking lot.

I like that it's right on the beach. We had a room with a panoramic view of the ocean so it was beautiful to see the ocean all day long. There were a couple of issues I did not bring up while we were there because there was no way they could fix what bothered me while I was there. The bathroom was pretty 'meh'. It didn't really look clean and up to date. The plumbing in the bathroom didn't work great. Had to hold the handle down to get the toilet to flush and the shower had almost no cold water.... yes you read that right.... almost NO cold water, so when you turn it on to get any pressure to pull the pin up to get the shower running, the water was very hot. If i barely turned it on, I could hold the pin up and it took about 30 seconds to get the water to shift up to the shower head and then the pressure was so low that it was difficult to get clean in the shower after being on the beach during the day. If I added pressure to get enough flow to get clean, the water was VERY hot. The mattress on the bed was a bit old and lumpy. May be time to replace it too. We paid for the beach view and that was nice, but they need to do some updates to the bathrooms.

Great locstion right on the beach with plenty of dining options to walk to. Staff was friendly. Only one working elevator but it was manageable. Didnt realize hotel was dog friendly- saw lots of cute pups. Will have to remember that for next time. Room was a little outdated but comfortable and well appointed. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker were appreciated. Best feature was the balcony with an ocean view.

The room was clean, smelled fresh and orderly. The view was great.

Just one elevator was working and it will take you to 5th floor instead of 4th. Also will take forvere to come to a floor. The place is nice and has a ocean view.

The suite set-up was nice and big with a workable kitchen and living area. The hotel, like most in area, needs some updating and maintenance. Our balcony door would not lock. Be aware that the pool is across the parking lot, and that the route to the beach is circuitous. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but it was delicious! Remember to ask for your paid parking pass, as the first deskclerk forgot to give us one.

Loved being on the ocean and how spacious the room was. The bedroom tv didn't have a remote and the unit overall badly needed lighting and was a little dated. The balcony iver the icean made up for it.

I guess they have had roof issues from what an employee told us and some leaks. Our room on the 8th floor had a very strong mold /mildew almost like body odor smell. Location was good and the front desk girl was really nice. Just couldn’t stay with the smell. They had no other rooms to move us to so we had to head back home.

Room needs to be updated. Carpet was filthy. The bottom of our feet were black. Great view. Beds need to be updated to Queen size.

Whomever replaced the luggage carts with the triangular open bottom things with no place to hang clothes should be fired! Some of the furniture in our ocean front suite looked to be from a thrift store. Unfortunate as this was a top notch property on one of the best beaches in the country!

We had a late check in around 1:00am and the front desk assistant was very friendly and helpful. We had to cut our trip short due to tropical storm Debby, but will certainly be back.

Several sharp corners on the doors. Cut my finger trying to go on the balcony. Only one elevator that would take 30 minutes sometimes. I was on floor 7 so the stairs were awful.

Needs work

The elevator wasn’t working for much of our stay. Even when it was working, it didn’t feel safe. The staff compensated with free breakfast coupons but it was still a challenge being on the seventh floor. The location was excellent and the staff did their best to be helpful.

Broken elevators made for some inconvenience for about 24 hours of our stay. We’re both in our 70’s and stayed on fifth floor. So my girlfriend chose not to leave the hotel at all during the period that elevators were down.

We loved it all. We had a wonderful time, beautiful views!

The hotel was okay. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy in a large beach front room. We were on the 7th floor. We were woken up at 8am Friday morning to what sounded like a freaking jack hammer as they were working on the roof above the 8th floor. It was very loud and we were not told to expect that. The door to that balcony would not open without gigling and snatching the door lock.

The room was musty and damp with mildew on the ceilings. There were other items of disrepair including cabinets held in with only caulk.... When told about the mold/mildew the front desk just said "That's what happens in the summer"

Needs new couches you sit on them and you sink into the couch bed. Better patieo furniture
