Great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Second time staying here. Love the garage connected to the hotel. Nice room- delicious Nespresso and nice bathroom with make up area. Would definitely stay here again. Restaurant was great too, love the bar and great Happy hour.

Front desk staff were great. Restaurant staff wanted 9 of us to sit at the bar instead of a table, something about staffing shortage. This was at 4pm.

It is a lovely hotel. Beds were DELICIOUS and it was super clean which is something I always look for in a hotel. The only thing I wish they would give is free water, other than that will be staying again

Great hotel, very clean. Parking was confusing on arrival, and very expensive. Using the Metropolis company to park was not user friendly, we had to call the number each time and give our license plate number to get let out.

Exceptional treatment, particularly the woman who checked us in very late at night on 8/30/24. Love this property and its our new "go to" when visiting our daughter on MN campus.

It was terrible! I was charged twice my parking and they didn't do anything about it. Before you pay for your parking at the front desk, but now they use a QR code and any time you go out you are charged again...and again...and again. There is no honest and true information when you do your checking, they do no tell you about this. Before you pay $28 per day, now it is $28 a
ny time you leave the property, but they hide this information from you. I will not coming back... Customer deserves better information... All the time there is a change...

Floor had debris and was sticky. Towels werent rinsed well enough in the laundry, felt grimmy. Lobby microwave was disgusting. Bed in the premium rooms dont face the tv. Tried 3 rooms. One stunk of smoke. Huge stain on couch. Few outlets near bathooem. Had to wait 30 min for a luggage rack. Attached restaurant was way understaffed. Ffont desk is only reason its not a 1 star.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff! There was just a bit of road construction around it and sirens all night long, but it’s hard to manage things out of their control. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

Cool retro decor in room, but some quirks: There's a padded seat in the narrow space for hanging garments. Like who is going to try to sit there under a rod?! Thus, the remaining space between the rod and the seat is not long enough for trousers to hang freely. No place to set shoes, either. Can't see the T.V. from the one easy chair. No safe is provided in room. Had to request an iron and ironing board and after a couple tries received these.

This is an average hotel for a 5 star price. It is pet friendly, but there is no where to take them to the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel because we went to a concert at Target Field. The hotel was within walking distance to the venue and we felt very safe, even at night after the concert. We also liked that the hotel was close to places to eat and had a bar and dining room in the hotel. It was very clean, had a nice shower and the bed was great! We would stay again.

Property is in a great location. Staff were excellent. Elevators are a little slow. There was construction noise by 730am from hotel renovations unfortunately. Overall would recommend hotel indigo!

My star rating is based upon different areas.
Parking - easy access and convenient for THIS hotel.
Front desk - very welcoming, pleasant and quick to serve.
Room - added modern decor to a room that needs renewing. Clean, but felt well used as a popular hotel. Had some in-room concerns (bthrm door couldn’t close, etc..), but the welcoming concierge was quick to have maintenance look at it. Other needed repairs could not be complete while room is rented out…but hopefully will deal with it soon - tbd.
On-site restaurant - food and drinks were great. service was great until many restaurant guests arrived - staff was easily overwhelmed. Similar to room, effort made to modernize, but a reno is needed. Would stay again, but other hotels will be viewed on-line in advance for options.

The hotel is very accessible to everything and a walking distance to many of the restaurants. Super clean and quiet too.
