Noisy. Noisy garbage and laundry containers dragged down the cobblestone road. Could hear every sound from adjacent room. Loud housekeeping staff. If you plan on sleeping in, think again. This is written by Eric’s wife Donna. Management was very cordial and friendly

Was very walkable to everything in the French Quarters. Very close to transportation. Close to food and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms had been recently updated. Would stay here again when back to New Orleans!

We stay at this hotel another time and enjoy the hotel and staff. However, the storm closed down the area for a day. The staff is excellent, helpful and professional.

Our stay at Hotel Provincial was fantastic. It’s very centrally located, so if you’re a tourist planning to spend a lot of time around the French Quarter it’s perfect as you’re < 20 minute walk from a lot of the main attractions and bars. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and I think it had even recently been refurbished as it was very modern. The reception staff/concierge were great - they were very helpful (particularly Tony, who was so attentive), especially with giving us local food recommendations and getting a taxi organised to the airport. We really appreciated how polite and helpful all the staff were considering we visited whilst a tropical storm was in effect, meaning a lot of New Orleans was shut down. I would highly recommend this hotel to any first time visitors to New Orleans, and we will be coming to stay again if we revisit the city!

For those people who like to stay in the heart of the French Quarter, the Hotel Provincial is a great place to stay. Our room had recently been renovated, and we could not have had a more comfortable bed and clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel is currently under renovation, but those areas that have already been done are done well. So I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, staff members super accommodating, on-site valet parking was a bonus! Will definitely be back! Location cannot be beat!

Property is in a quiet residental area and two blocks from Bourbon Street. Rooms are very nice and we had a balcony outside out window which was nice to sit on and people watch. Pool was refreshing after a long hot day of walking around. Staff was super friendly and very qui k to bring us toiletries when needed.

Absolutely amazing!!! The hotel was gorgeous and the room was beautiful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. They were amazing!!! We loved the valet parking as it kept my car readily available whenever I needed it and I loved that the pool was right outside my room door. Everything was within walking distance including the steam boat ride we took. It was beautiful 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
