Great all round. I usually stay in three different hotels per week and this place is on my “will revisit” list. Comfortable & clean with friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but the powerful hot shower and the super fast WiFi make up for that.
Only tried one meal in the restaurant but the food was great too.

Really lovely hotel. Lovely and clean, staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money, really good breakfast and spa. Excellent location for visiting the Blists Hill Museum, within walking distance.

Only there for one night but had 20% off food and drink through Hotels.com due to loyalty scheme. The hotel facilities were excellent and the food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfeast.
As well as the location being perfect for visiting local sites we would have to commend the staff for their helpful attitude.

Wonderful hotel lovely staff. Great spa. Only downside was the loudness of the bedroom doors. They were so loud and banged. They could do with a little rubber stopper like kitchen cupboards to stop the loud bang which wakes you up every time someone comes and goes

We’ve stayed at this lovely hotel before. We had a lovely greeting from the young lady on reception. Our room was very large, bathroom was nice, shame there’s no shower for the less abled as it was a very high bath to climb into. The room was clean but just looking a bit dated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a fire alarm going off intermittently one night for about an hour for which we were compensated with a free night in an upgraded room when we come back again. The breakfast buffet was really lovely with lots of things to choose from and I was so pleased to see fried bread as an option in the hot food! All the staff are really lovely and friendly too. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely stay with helpful friendly staff. On first night we were disturbed by faulty fire alarm, however, the hotel manager displayed excellent Customer service by offering a discount on the nights stay and a complimentary meal in restaurant. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely use The Telford Hotel Spa and Golf.

It it a really nice location with beautiful surroundings and the service and facilities are nice. Gym, spa and pool were good. The service weas excellent. Only thing to mention are the doors to the rooms that really needs a check. Really loud sqeeking and sound when you open and close. Could be heard loudly in the halls Likewise the doors in the rooms. ALso the food in the restaurant should be improved to match the price. Too simple servings. But I recommend to try the place !

There was a stray he smell from the bathroom from the moment you open the door the whole room would smell of that. They don’t have left but have like disabled access elevator type thing which is good but it’s not very convenient. Everything else was good. Great spa and nice staff :)

This hotel is very convenient for us and the reception lady was very helpful and found me a robe for use in the spa.
The breakfast is usually perfect but this time there was a shortage of all the cooked items and we had quite a wait and they came out one at a time. Wish you’d go back to serving tea and coffee rather than self service horrible machines.

The room we were initially booked into had soiled bed sheets and towels which were not laundered . It looked as if the room had not been serviced at all.

Well situated and with access to a nice golf course. The decor is quite dated and the conditions on the pool, hammam and sauna are questionable. Lost of black mold and greenish stay in the changing room as well as around the pool and all spa facilities. Most of the venue is closed on Sunday night.

We had a fantastic two night stay here. The hotel’s staff are all so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was HUGE! Breakfast was plentiful and the minibar in the room was a bonus! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Great family stay. The room was good, clean and a nice size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The pool was lovely. My family enjoyed the golf a great deal. The hotel was very pretty friendly and welcoming. We would happily recommend and are already planning a return visit in autumn.

We experienced a lot of noise during the night. My 90 year old mother didn’t manage to sleep with the noise.

The staff were very helpful and efficient ( reception and dining staff). However the rooms were a bit tired. The furniture was old and paint was coming off the bathroom door. There were no glasses in the bathroom and the tissue box was virtually empty. I tried to ring reception but the phone didn’t work.
We had booked a deluxe king room but it was average.

A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price.
The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds.
I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second.

The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and the reception, bar and restaurant are relatively modern.
The restaurant food is poor quality and very overpriced. I expected much more and was left feeling hungry and dissatisfied.
The hotel corridors are dusty and cobwebs in the corners.

Old batteries in Aircon, went to reception who swapped them for more old batteries which gave up the ghost during the evening. Why not put new batteries in?

Love the ease of parking especially for disabled patrons. Receptionist also offered assustance with luggage as lift was not working. Warm welcome as always and after a long drive a room upgrade with free minibar was very welcome. Dinner in hotel was winderful and gluten free options were delicious

Very comfortable stay. Nice pool, nice room with opening window for fresh air.
But, most importantly, every single member of staff was exceptionally friendly and polite - and they all work hard. Service really good, restaurant food is amazing. Each meal I tried (for the week) was spot on. Especially the duck! Prices very reasonable imho.
Also, in the bar open during the day, small breakfast options such as baps are available.

Easy booking, swift booking into the hotel. Clean room, excellent daily room turnaround with bottled water a yummy shortbread biscuits. Staying for 4 weeks and looking forward to it.
