breakfast good have been a little bigger then bagels and cereal

Mold everywhere. We were lucky the sweet lady processed a refund but it was mold in several of the rooms. Our neighbors alerted it to us and when we checked there was mold and filth surrounding the beds, on the ceiling and in the bathroom.

Everything was great the staff was great and we had a great stay will stay again

It was extremely dirty, just because it is a good price does not mean that it is okay that it is filthy. It smelled like cigarette smoke while we tried to sleep. We didn't stay there because of the price we stayed there because of how it was advertised that it looked, we ended up getting a different hotel because we couldn't sleep the first night with the noise and cigarette smoke. Plus the toilet wouldn't flush, it was running all night, the towels were not clean and the sink was missing the stopper and wouldn't drain. Clean the place up or change the photos.

For the price it was fine. We needed a cheap quick stay for the night. If that's what you are looking for then this place was it.

Would not stay there again

We chose this place because the online pictures looks great. Well we checked into our room late at night and passed out with our two young children. Well we woke up ready to start our day and noticed… everything. Went to go shower and the Sheetrock above the shower head was raked off and turning blackish, went to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer doesn’t work… there was SO much hair from previous people and I understand a small amount but this was ridiculous. The floors were so dirty my kids socks were BLACK within 5 mins of putting the socks on them we had to wear shoes inside the whole weekend. The sheets are very thin and that’s all you get and two pillows per bed. Also I had 4 people staying with me and the room was supplied with two towels. There is no room service. Then we went to eat breakfast. This was a literal joke!! They had sausage, biscuits, bread and stale bagels, 2 yogurt cups and spoiled milk that was 4 days out of date and BOTH juice machines were out. One type of cereal, cheerios which was stale as well, we had coffee but no creamer unless u wanted spoiled milk. So when we got back from our activities for the day we had leftovers from dinner and tried heating them up and yup you guessed it the microwave isn’t working properly either the piece in the middle that rotates the glass plate is broken so your food gets hot on one side then you gotta rotate it! Then the side of the first beds bedskirt is covered in something at the bottom it’s either puke or soup

Nothing being honest was likable….

This is where we always stay friendly staff. But need a late check out for us slow to get ready people

Our room was leaking in 2 spots. 3 baby roaches. Mold on ceiling. Dirty. Gross. Yuck. We had no idea it would be so unclean. Never ever again.

There was drug use in the parking lot, the shower curtain was broke, the bed was broke , the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Will never stay at this property again. Mold in bathroom, roaches crawling on wall trimming, toilet coming up from floor and so much more. Refuse to give us a refund. Also it’s like an apartment complex, animals living there also

No room service for a week bed bever made had to go down to get towels. Lamp shade missing, coffee maker or hair dryer didn't work, Shower curtain rod detached from wall and hole in bathroom wall. I took pics of all these.

Bed bugs, no towels available

Property (and rooms) have area water collection. Had to walk thru water (after rain) to get from car to room. Room showed obvious signs of water intrusion damage. TV had no menu for available channels. I have been a proponent of Red Roof for over 30 years, but this property is a failure.

Long wait outside for door to be answer for 9:30 check in (lobby locked at 9) Sheets on bed had burn holds and cigarette scorch marks in a non- smoking room. Saw a roach. Tub stained..... checked on 6:30am lobby opens at 7. Long wait rang bell 5 times.

Their were fruit flies all nroom,no towels went back to front desk clerk said we can get some round 5pm,didn't get any. Ironing board was broke and iron leaking water two electric plugs didn't work. Floor was moist with water all nite. Clerk had answer for everything i bought to her attention like its memorial holiday they short staffed

This place was very Nasty and Dirty and Itchy and Very Noisy!! And so not Worth the money of what they ask for a night It’s Absolutely Ridiculous how Nasty this Motel was!! Absolutely not do Not Recommend!! And also No Refunds when it should be it was absolutely disgusting! 1/10 couldn’t even stay a full Night.

Polite and helpful staff.

Had to move rooms because the AC was broken. The next room they put us in was super dirty and had oil all over the floors asked 3 times to have it cleaned and it was never taken care of.

It was absolutey horrible. Front desk clerk Sue was very rude. Highly unrecommended

I was going to use the bathroom and a roach crawled up the wall. So i went to jump in the shower and it had hair and tiny bugs in the bathtub. Iy freaked me out so i didnt even sleep in the room. I ended up leaving..

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Upon check into our room our eyes began burning so bad because of some awful cleaning disinfectant they used that we were unable to stay there. The bedspread was smeared with black greasy stains. The toilet would not stop running and the tub was full of black grease like if someone would have bathed and the bathtub was left like that. We went to the front desk and asked to leave and were told we could NOT get a refund because we booked through a third party. Expedia should be ashamed of offering this hotel advertising it with a 3.6 average rating. It deserves a 0 rating for how filthy and disgusting this establishment really is. I request my money be refunded!!!
