We booked to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. We checked in and had difficulty getting to our room as a group was hanging out on the steps preventing there use. We used other steps to get to the 2nd floor and there was a drunk sitting on the landing. When we got to the room it stunk and then in the bathroom behind the door was brown smeared over the wall. Don't know if it was blood or crap but it was not clean. The pictures do not accurately reflect this motel and how disgusting it really is. While on the roo. It sounded like group above us was coming through the ceiling and there were people running around and yelling outside of our room. When going to the office to complain 4 police vehicles came into the parking lot due to a disturbance at the motel. At the office complained about the room and all of the noise and was told that there were no other rooms and that a lot of people there live there. This was more of an apartment than motel. Have been trying to get a refund and the motel is unresponsive with Hotels.com. If you want clean and quiet then this motel is not the place for you.

Disgusting is the first word that comes to mind. Aside from the filth and the mold all over the walls and behind every light switch half of the switches in the walls didn’t work so we had very little light. The shower was disgusting, and the shower curtain rod literally fell on my head when I was taking a shower, there is mold and mildew in every corner, the toilet needed work and we barely flush. The place is falling apart and we had no choice because we were hurricane evacuees and ended up staying several days in that room. I had to buy memory foam mattress covers so our backs didn’t break in the night , the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. There were never enough towels and they were hard and scratchy. I’m not just being a precocious customer. I was truly disgusted by this hotel room. The only thing it didn’t have was bugs. I don’t know what kind of mold was on the wall, but it was black. Literally on the wall .

The room smelled clean but was obviously run down and there were 2 hair clusters in the sheets, towel rack was "homemade wierd"...old pool area is now filled in fenced dog waste dump, feces everywhere and totally grunge, parking lot had horrific, fly filled spull that stunk so bad I nearly vomitted when I walked past it , walkways are slimy w A/C runoff and grimy spillage...apparent "long-term" transients have nasty chairs and misc on walkways and shouting at each other, feels unsafe and unkempt on this property, would never return.

Pulling up the grounds looks dreary. Entering the lobby, the manager is sitting at a table with 2/3 rough looking men with a dog. They were talking loud and seemed to be drinking. Got to the room and theres hair in a cobweb behind the door, water stain on the ceiling, hair in the sink, water bug in the tub, stains in the toilet (possibly dodo). I reached out to hotels.com, they relayed to management a room change or refund, the manager declined. They manager came and offered to clean the room, but no one showed up,( btw there was loud talking and door slamming all thur the night).I cleaned the room the best i could. This was the absolute worst stay i have ever had.

There was no one working reception, had to wait some minutes. The first room given was not cleaned at all, fast food wrappers and cups, towels on floor. Was told 'when they don't feel like working, they don't'. Was given another room which was cleaner but after staying in there for 5 minutes, my asthma flared up and I had to leave. High-tailed it out of there to another hotel. Have tagged it in my 'DO NOT STAY' list.

We stayed at this property for about a week recently. The staff was extremely amazing with customer service and local information. The owner Kel was very personable and kind He actually walks the property daily to help his staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I been very impressed I been here many time two years ago and I’m stop coming because was a price wasn’t worth. And Im visited this town again and I say give a try for this hotel because it’s a very good location. And I been impressed when I’m going to the room, everything get renovated, become very nice I been surprised ! Good job now this going to be my stay if I’m coming to this town.

This property seemed unsafe when we arrived. There was a lot of loitering and foot traffic around the property. When we drove through the parking lot, no one moved out of the way of our vehicle. It was also uncomfortable because about a dozen men were outside with their shirts off and staring hard when we got out to unpack. Throughout the night there were a lot of noises and I didn’t sleep more than 15-30 minutes at a time. I felt very itchy while sleeping and got a flashlight out to inspect for bed bugs, but I saw none. Instead I noticed numerous pieces of dirt and debris in our sheets. Upon further inspection, I noticed blood and brown stains in our bed. There was also a cigarette burn on the comforter. It was very early in the morning so we didn’t leave, but it was one of worst stays in a hotel I’ve ever had. I would steer clear of this place and never Motel 6 again !

Overall the stay was ok except for check-in.. I waited 20-25 minutes for the lady to even come to the office to check me in.. While waiting her grandkids were behind the desk of the hotel listening to vulgar and obscene videos as loud as possible. I was informed by one of the kids the clerk that was suppose to be behind the desk was in one of the rooms getting her hair done and she would be there as soon as possible..

Filthy. Stains on the towels and towels feel like sandpaper. Floor was dirty. We called around 6pm and asked for someone to come sweep out the room. They said maintenance gets there at 6:30. We went for dinner and came back after 8 pm. No one came to sweep. Tub was gross and we killed a few small roaches in the bathroom as well. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else. Plenty of hotels on that street

The place is trash,sorry,spuder webs all in the room,had to get on top of mattress to kill one,even though i got in a car crash coming from columbus ohio,bruised all up,so standing on top of bed was horrible for me. I REALLY HAVE NO WORDS FOR THIS PLACE,NO DONT KEEP THE LIGHT'S ON,TEAR THIS LOCATION DOWN💯💯💯💯💯

Staff was more concerned about playing video poker in adjacent room the attend to guest issues! We were locked out of our room do to safety lock and she Diddnt even get up! Screamed for her daughter to handle the situation! Ridiculous!!!! Pictures are inside only! Parking lot and entire property is sketch! And weekly rates are issued here you can tell!!!
