My stay at IHG was great. The best part for me was the cleanliness. My room was spotless. It was peaceful, comfortable, and friendly. Every staff that I had an interaction with was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the dining area was clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Spent 2 nights and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet area with food and shops not far. The breakfast was also quite good for continental, which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bed, it was a bit too firm for me personally. But if you like firm beds then you will love it.

Hotel was mostly clean, there were stains on the chair in room and the shower curtain was ripped and fraying at the bottom edge. Getting into the hotel was a bit confusing due to lack of signage near the roads and generally confusing roads with many unhelpful "one-way"s. Staff at the hotel were helpful but were occasionally "short" or impatient. Room was nice, not too many issues with neighbors and the pillows were VERY comfortable. Generally a good place to stay!

The hotel room wasn’t very clean. The A/C wasn’t working properly. Our room was extremely humidor and was making all of our belongings damp. Glad to be gone.

The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. My room was sparkling clean, as was the lobby and breakfast area. We were on the ground floor, but heard no noise from above or outside.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Signage/directions lacked and the staff weren't overly helpful/friendly, but not rude either. Just weren't very forthcoming with information like how to get around, payment methods while the cc machines were down, where things were located, or that our keys would deactivate even if we asked for a later checkout, so that led to a lot of inconvenient situations, But if you knew what questions to ask, they were friendly enough. Overall not bad.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Detroit-Warren, an IHG Hotel, in Warren, Michigan, was a good experience. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the overall experience was very positive. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease right from the start. Only challenge is swimming pool is out side the hotel, its located in the next lot.
Overall our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Detroit-Warren was very enjoyable. The combination of a comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location made it a memorable visit.

I loved how easy it was for check in and the friendly staff. My only concern was an old used wash cloth hanging over the shower bunched up in the shower curtain. It made me question the cleanliness of my room. I did stay considering I had my small children and had already check in at 12am. But it made me wonder if I should stay again in the future. I would love for someone to reach out concerning this matter. Otherwise a very nice place to stay and family friendly.

Carpet in room smelled like my dogs dirty paws. There just happened to be 100’s of kids with a church group staying there. We tried to get another room but everything in the area was booked up. The kids were extremely loud and literally running the hallways til 2am. We called the front desk once and they assured us that security would keep a handle on it. Nope. I couldn’t sleep at all! The bathroom was clean. The bed was hard and terrible pillows but it was clean. I will not stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel couple of times. Clean and nice hotel. Breakfast area is a bit small. faucet and sink are not in the bathroom .

i book my reservation with expedia when i got to the hotel they charge me again when they was supposed to take a security deposit only. My money took a week to be restored back to the bank from the holiday inn i was pissed and they never offered me anything for the front desk mistake or the inconvenience they caused me mishandling my handling my money.
