It felt dank, got greeted in the room by a cockroach. The door was missing the safety bolt , it looked like it was kicked in some time ago. the rest of my group had to get several times a new key because the key didn’t work. That seems to be structural as with my check out new costumers complained about the same thing

The room was horrible and I’ve seen a lot better at other Red Roof Inn

The staff was friendly

The ac/heating unit was cover in ice and the floor was cover in water. There were bugs. And people were walking around, yelling and playing outside all night.

Paid for deluxe room paid for more space microwave and fridge couldn't get in 1st room problems with door locks room 104 second room 232 the microwave and fridge didn't work 3rd room 111 had a huge stain on covers and mattress housekeeping staff should communicate more with office and maintenance to insure these problems are addressed before guest arrive we were moved again at 2:30 am to 230 which was a down grade from what I paid for
