Due to a cancel flight I was able to get the hotel to switch my booking to the following night. When I arrived at the airport I found that my flight coming into Lexington was going to be delayed approximately 2 to 3 hours. I contacted the hotel to let them know that I would be arriving between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. Upon arrival I was knocking on the door and got no response. I then had to phone the front desk which I could see from the front door and it rang about 40 times. Then all of the sudden the front desk staff got up from behind the desk where they were sleeping on chairs that were put together like a bed. He answered the door in his socks. He then couldn't log into the computer to get me my room. Eventually he called his manager. Then I got into my room only to find that it was a smoking room when I specifically requested non-smoking because I have asthma. There were no other rooms available for the night so I had to stay in this smoking room. I was very disappointed in the process of checking in the issue with my room. I did not have time to be finding another hotel at 3:00 a.m. when I had to be back at the airport at 11:00 a.m.

The floors were very dirty

Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and room service was efficient. The property is older and showing some signs. Unfortunately the bed cover had a number of cigarette burns in it. We borrowed a hair dryer which seemed to have a problem with cutting out. Overall this motel is far better value than others where service comes second to looks.

You get what you paid for. Room was clean. Very dated. Breakfast was continental. No coffee maker in room. Nothing great, but it was ok.

Quiet and conveniently off hwy 75.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The noise from the highway was loud and unrelenting. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Broken light switch. I mean it was nice to save a few bucks but next time I'll probably go with a different one.

The desk clerk was not friendly and a bit on the rude side. The floor was dirty and the light switch for the bathroom was faulty. The ice machine wasn't working either. Over all not a good experience.

We had a pleasant stay. We were just looking for basic accommodations and we got what we wanted. It was clean and the beds were comfortable also check in was quick and easy.

Great place, very clean, easy to access, and wonderful staff who were very helpful when I accidentally left my bookbag in the parking lot they attempted to contact me immediately and got it shipped to me asap.

We were exhausted from 15 hours on the road. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Two minor quibbles: the tub didn’t have a plug so no bath, and breakfast was minimal. But the price and location were what mattered most to us. Would stay again.

I had to shift my day of stay. Excellent staff worked with me without a problem.

Hotel was slightly below average. Location was convenient. Room was tidy and sheets and bathroom were clean, but floor and walls were fairly dirty. Reception desk staff were cordial but not friendly.

Very sweet people

The staff is very much on their jobs at all times from housekeeping to front desk. I appreciate that kind of customer service. Outdated hotel as it may be the price and on the mark staff is worth it.

Receptionist was great!

In general, a good place to stay during one night while traveling. The heater was turning off every time it reached the temperature that was set, so the room got cold during the night. Decent breakfast.

Room was so old. Bedding had burn holes in it. Bathtub had burn marks on side. Furniture in poor condition Breakfast was lacking at best.

Everything was really nice and clean and comfy and quiet. For the price it was worth it. They had Honeybuns at breakfast. Yum!

The guy at the front desk when I checked in and the lady that was at the front desk whenever I checked out were both very friendly, even though the guy last night who checked me in had a head cold and I could plainly tell that he wasn't feeling all that well. He was still very polite and nice. I even enjoyed the little chit chat with the lady at the front desk when I went to check out. She was really nice and sweet. I don't remember either one of their names though. There were a couple of things in the room that could have been fixed (like there were a couple little places on the corner of the wall as u go into the bathroom that was chipping off and then on the wall across from the bed next to the tv, u could see where the sheetrock was joined because the tape and mud wasn't properly done right). Other than that, it was good.

For the price a night it was definitely worth the stay it’s not anything fancy but you can tell the rooms we had been in were updated and they were working on updates in other areas it’s not anything fancy but the staff was always nice and helpful and the rooms were clean the beds were comfortable. It honestly was better then what I expected since it was cheaper compared to the surrounding hotels and one of the ones beside it we also stayed at and paid more and the rooms were no better and the experience of trying to rent the room was a nightmare.
