Clean & comfy bed to rest as my husband and I were in town to see a show!
The bathtub had a steady leak which was a bit of an annoyance, and we left before breakfast was ready so I can’t speak to that.
For the price we paid for a queen bed room, and our short stay, it was very comfortable, affordable and convenient to travel to the MVP arena.

This hotel is right off the highway and located in a business park area. Very sketchy. Security cameras everywhere which likely points to lots of trouble in the past.

Smell of trash and weed permeated the entire building. Dirty sticky carpets. No tissues, no in room coffee station, no USB charging ports in room, no phone or alarm clock in room. Ice bucket with no liner and no cups. Bedside lamp did not work.
Shower only has scalding hot water, you can adjust at the faucet but once you turn on the shower head it’s straight hot. Shower curtain would not stay shut. Shower floor joist broken. Shower head extremely low, uncomfortable for 6’ husband. Hair on shower walls.

The hotel seemed to have many transient people living in it. Our room was very musty and smelled like smoke.

Liked:The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: when we entered the room they had the heat on set at 85°F, it was like 85 outside. The bathtub tap had a steady drip. The set up for breakfast was annoying. Every place that had a complimentary breakfast was self serve. This was weird. It was part self serve and part was served.

My room didn’t have a phone so I had to search for the number on my cell in order to call the front desk.
Bed spread had cigarette holes.
I had to go back to the desk because my keys didn’t work to open the room.

It’s a motel that uses the Ramada Inn brand but let’s not get too excited on value for money since this really is a low cost alternative.
Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and accommodating for us coming with bicycles

Staff was wonderful. Area was not the same as in description. Place looked run down. The main door stayed open and unlocked 24/7 (sign in door says must have room key to enter). Room was out dated and dirty. We cleaned out bathroom before use. Shower curtain was ripped in serval places. Safety was a concern when we saw someone shoved paper towel in the peephole.

This had to be the worst hotel I have ever booked. I don’t think they have done maintenance in many years. The front door is broken and stuck open. The front Matt was worn thru. The bathtub was disgusting and dirty. Very poor cleaning job. There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. Can’t believe Ramada would lend their name to this property. There was more but I will atop

Web site is NOT up to date. Shows two pools and both are CLOSED. clerk said they were closed a couple of days ago but the outdoor pool had a tarp over it and all was dirty around it. Proving that it had been closed for quite a while.

I won’t recommend it! I am requesting a refund! As I was leaving this morning, several other guests had the same and even worst experience with their stay. This hotel should not be recommended at all. It’s below 3rd world quality and even worst. Need to be reported. As mentioned I am requesting a refund. I would also appreciate a response. Expedia shouldn’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons. Thank you!

Awful experience. The photos do not accurately represent the hotel. The hotel is in poor condition. We had neighbors screaming all morning and security was called on them. I would give zero stars.

I found 3 roaches in the hotel their breakfast was not what i expected it was a bagle 1 cup of coffee a waffle and some sugar cerial to choose from

this place is very deteriorated. there was no coffe maker in the room, not tissues. the bathroom very poor condition. for breakfast they only had coffee and bread pretty much. it looks like this place is been use as a shelter. there was homeless outside the property, not seating in the lobby and the room smell like mold. I won’t not recommend this place at all.
