To make it better i wouldnt charge people as soon as they check in for incidentals. Yes its only $25 but you are suggesting that something will happen amd wont.

The couch in the main room was hard as concrete (wife liked it, I didn't) & the faucet in the mini sink had a steady drip that was mildly annoying, but other than that everything was great. Big, clean room that was well furnished. An extremely friendly staff full of smiling faces & a 24 hour coffee bar in the main lobby were big plusses.

From arriving @ desk checking in, welcomed by smiles & friendly professionals; thru to requesting additional coffee pods & towels and housekeeping was kind & accommodating. And, the breakfast lady greeting us this morning was sweet! The GM Herver must be a good leader, it filters down to the staff our family interacted with over the 2 days stay! Accountability is obviously part of this HIExpress & I was impressed!

Because the hotel is close to the interstate, you will hear traffic. My room was clean; however, the shower wall has hair on it, there were not wash cloths and the faucet was not attached to the wall. The hand soap dispenser was dirty with caked up soap at the tip of it. The room does need some tlc. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall, the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t stay there again

Very run down property. If you are going to gouge us for $350/night then put the $ back in the property. Room had mold/rust..shower area was disgusting. A/C did not run properly and blew humid air if it was not running on freezing. Just overall the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had as far as having to pay so much and have to stay in filth. I have stayed at plenty Holiday Inn Express and this property is not representative of your company!!

Stayed here as part of an 8 day road trip. The most expensive of my stays and the hotel in the worst condition. I can’t believe a hotel this new was this many maintenance needs and in such roof shape. My room also had cockroaches crawling across the floor and the sink.
Breakfast average. Would not stay again and do not recommend.

My room was clean but very old and had a terrible smelled musty and humid smell. All the metal in the room like lamp shades, door hinges, and shower nobs were rusty. I will never stay here again.

The staff here is very lax. They didn’t clean our room and we were out of the room my 9am. Had to go to the desk for towels and in-room coffee supplies.
Needed in-room coffee supplies because the breakfast area was CONSTANTLY out of coffee and creamer. There were 2 people working the breakfast but still couldn’t keep the coffee full. And, it didn’t seem like they were slammed busy.
Lastly, they didn’t have a rollaway when we checked in or so they said. Front desk was cordial and the place looked pretty nice but service is La king.

The overwhelming smell of ammonia or cleaners of some sort in the hallway was awful. Could smell it in the room as well. The room was clean but felt damp with humidity. Just a yucky feeling. Definitely could use an updated bathroom.

This property is a great choice while traveling. Close to highway, close to restaurant, safe, easy access area. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful while checking in, room was spacious. Beds were amazing! Bathroom spotless and clean. Free breakfast is your normal fare, but decent.

The property needs a little upkeep. there was peeling wallpaper, broken tiles, poorly patched tile and grout, and rust in the bathroom.
