First thing FALSE ADVERTISING. Hotels.com stated they has a gym. The pictures of the hotel shows a gym room but NO GYM.Trash all over parking lot. The lady that checked me in was not friendly at all. Room was ok. Nothing great for $130 a night.

Staff never came to room to change sheets, just threw them on the desk. Entire place smells like marijuana. The bed felt like I was sleeping on old metal springs. There was rust on the lamp shades.
The front desk staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating but I really can't say much else for the establishment.

Did not stay the nite because the room was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Bugs crawling in the tub. Room did not appear to have been vacuumed.

The bathroom ceiling had mold. The bathroom tiles were coming off of the walls and floor. The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. Overall the bathroom/room needed a major overhaul. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

We got the last room avail, and it was smoking. I was so tired i took it anyway. Aside from that which was not their fault, the room was super clean. The bed was amazing, super soft, clean and lots of pillows.

This was very convenient and location was great , we were visiting Liberty Univ. The staff were friendly and helpful with our needs and questions. Forwarn the next person about the flooring , if you walk with socks or barefoot beware your bottom area will turn to a black color.

Bathroom was used soap and trash. Looks like possible drug use. Looked like mold on ceiling. Sheet was stained or was not clean. Floor was dirty when in shower dirt came off feet from walking on floor. Desk was not helpful for need to cancel as my flight was cancelled to make first day of booking as I did not arrive till a day later. Would not reimburse. Overall rating and experience was terrible.

Room smelled like mildew, there was mold in areas in the bathroom (including behind doors). Tub had hair and it looks like the floor or bathroom had not been cleaned, towels were also dirty.

Rooms were ok. Not enough handicap parking, and no bottled water in the vending machine for the 2 days I was there.

The floors of our room were disgusting. They were slippery (no rugs) and left feet filthy brown on the bottom. It was like it was mopped with dirty water. The room smelled like dirty dampness. After a shower any clean dry feet were dirty by the time you got to bed. Walking around in socks ruined a pair with dirt. Truly filthy and dirty smelling. The hotel and room generally looked nice, BUT those floors were GROSS.

Although this hotel is conveniently located, it lacked some basic upkeep. The hair dryer did not work and the front desk did not care about our need for a working hair dryer. Also, the TV remote did not work and the floors were very dirty.

Under the bed was dirty, front desk called the room to ask if a Spanish bible was left in the room...so my husband looked under the bed for the bible and found hair and dust!

The pictures were a bit deceiving. I do not like the hotels that have the doors to your room on the exterior and the pictures show the interior rooms. The majority of the rooms are the exterior door rooms.

This is an old-style motel--the room is small, the appliances serviceable, and the fixtures/beddding cheap. But the room was reasonably clean and the area not noisy.
