Excellent hotel staff! Clean and comfortable hotel stay.

This place was clean and neat! A little aged! However the staff was nice! The beds were clean! No bugs! The area outside appeared to be safe and clean! I would deftly stay here again! I travel allot for the military!

Room wasn't bad for the price, the only issue is being close to the outside, cars and people talking outside the room at 6am. Not a good night sleep.

Very adequate. You don't expect luxury when you stay at a Red Roof Inn. This one is fine bordering on quite good.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

I liked the location. There was easy assess to shopping and food areas and I could walk across the street to the Nutter Center event.

The first room smelled of wet dogs and the second still had a pet odor. The floor and carpet were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned. The tub stopped up with every shower like the drain wasn't cleared. The bed was tiny and you could feel every spring. Overall terrible experience.

Check in and check out fast and easy. Room is clean and parking easy to find. Lots of dining and shopping option around the hotel. Staff is friendly.

Our room was flooded everytime the shower was used but we didn't know this because we only stayed one night.

The odor in the room was off-putting. Towels were good. Kept hitting my knee on the toilet trying to close the door to shower.

The front desk people were very nice. It's in a good location. The place needs updating and a good cleaning. Shower fixtures and sprinklers are extremely old and rusted, and the furniture is old and broken down. I spilled some water on the floor and grabbed a towel to wipe it up. That towel looked like I had just wiped the bottom of a SWAMP!!! These floors have not been mopped or buffed probably in months!! The carpet is extremely old and dirty and needs to be replaced. It's beyond cleaning! When I checked in, the bed had obviously not been changed. It had stains and hair all over it. The front desk was very accommodating and switched my room with no problem. This place can be much better. You can't just fix the beds and change the towels!

Was good for one night. Selection based on price, I would be more to go somewhere else next time.

The hotel overall was great, loved that there was a gas station right next door so we could buy snacks and a toothbrush that was forgotten. I felt safe, it was quiet. Just up the road was lots of shopping. My only downside was the bathroom had no bathroom lock and the toilet could have been scrubbed cleaner but overall great. we come to Dayton a few times a year to visit family this will be our go too hotel.

We were in the area for an annual convention.

I really enjoyed the location across the street from Wright State and very close to many restaurants and shopping.

The room was relatively clean but the floor felt sticky. The water closet was so small you barely had room to towel off after a shower. Very dated

Usually pretty satisfied with my stays at this particular property, have stayed here quite a bit. Room was definitely not favorable.VERY dirty floors, dirty toilet.highly doubt that I will return.

Room had all the amenities needed. Nothing unneeded. Refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, hair dryer, and free wi-fi. Bed was very comfortable however the laminate floor was very dirty, like it had not been mopped. Something sticky on floor by waste basket, obvious dirty stain on bathroom floor. My wife spilled water and cleaned it with a wash cloth which was almost black from the floor. My only complaint was the dirty floor.
