The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Unfortunately, I hardly slept at all because the heater fan was extremely loud. I unplugged the refrigerator because it was even louder. Fortunately, I had an ice chest with me so I didn't need the fridge. The cost was reasonable, but I wasn't comfortable.

The facility did not had hot water. When I checked-in into the hotel, I heard customers calling about no hot water. The receptionist know there was no hot water but still checked me into the room I booked. Later when I called about no hot water, they keep saying the maintenance team is working on problem. But there was no hot water for the entire night. No hot water the next day morning. I waited for many hours before I was able to get someone from the reception answer my call who then agreed to switch me to a different room. I had terrible first night with no hot water.

Bugs in the room. Booked handicap accessible did not receive a tub that was accessible. Was told we were going to be given new rooms. Waited until next day and was told there was no way to communicate with Manager, so no new rooms were given. Definitely a thumbs down👎

It was fine for just a night. Everything in the room and nearby was so loud. The heater and fridge took turns making their loud noises. And then you could hear every neighbor's shower and people talking outside the door. Besides the noise, it was decent.

I was traveling with a friend for a Sierra Club trip…and I booked 2 rooms…my room was fine, nice accommodation at a decent price…my friend discovered there was no heat in her room at midnight…she called the desk and no answer…it was a cold night, she asked for some compensation in the morning but desk clerk said she was not authorized to do that.

Room was fine but the hotel was right by the railroad tracks and there were trains going by all night. The price was also high for what was basically a cheap motel room.

The place is cool and niche’ and needs a good refreshening. Location was where we needed it but don’t underestimate the passing train noise if you’re a light sleeper.
The on-sight restaurant serves up a tasty variety of grub and grog and an easy walk to the room
Totally pet friendly! The ground floor room and grassy courtyard was very appreciated by our older pup (and Us).
Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife had no problems getting an extra set of towels after I left them in the tub…

The room we were in was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. We didn't even use the shower. Floors dirty. Bed was pretty comfortable tho. The room needs a really deep cleaning cleaning! Baseboards and door frames are disgusting. Will not stay here again. One night was enough.

Obviously you know about the trains couldn’t sleep. Need to change metal baseboard on bed. Sheets and bedspread were stained. Need darkness shade for window.

The restaurant attached had only one person for everything. She did a good job. And they had photo copy sheets of the menu. The person who checked us was nice. It’s seems like a comedy of error. The remote volume on thetv didn’t work . So you had to unplug it. The bed was on a noises metal bed frame. I would not go there again .

The room was comfortable and clean. A train was less than a block away from our room so that was a little loud. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant dining area. The pictures of old film stars and murals on the walls gave it a cool vibe.

We have stayed there over time for the last 11 years and I have to say the only thing that’s really gone downhill is the room itself. The bed has a metal frame under the mattresses so if you moved it made so much noise or if you accidentally bumped it. All you heard was this big tin noise There was no hairdryer or iron in the room or whatever reason they took them out love the brand new floors, but you also need to maintain the walls the doors to make it look better presentable.

My fiancé and I stayed one night, and it was a pleasurable experience. It was safe and quiet, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff very friendly and the price was reasonable.
No complaints and it's a nice place to stay.

Pros- The property was very Route-66/1950’s decorated. Good bar on the property, my room was clean and decent.
Con- There is an active train line near the property. If you’re a light sleeper, look elsewhere.

One of the wooden window blinds wouldn't stay closed and the walkway outside was very lite and it was hard for me to sleep with it so bright. If the blind was fixed it would have been 5 stars.
