It was an amazing location. The front desk folks look incredibly bothered and are rude, but the nice folks that cook the breakfast, ckean the rooms, run the bar are awesome! The rooms are dated but clean. The beds are comfortable. If you're going to a Packers game, this is an excellent location!!

In town with friends for an event, The hotel was walking distance to the venue. It was clean and free breakfast is always a good thing!

Location is great if visiting Lambeau Field. Rooms need some updating and upkeep. Our room had no toilet paper holder. Also need better curtains to keep light out. Our room was an interior, facing pool, so exterior light was always on. Great breakfast! Nice selection and an omelette bar!

For people partying This is the perfect place. When you want to sleep, it is not ideal. We were awakened with loud, drunken girls next door. Called down to front desk at 2:15 am, no answer. Put a pillow over my head to fall asleep again.

The location was perfect as we were attending the game . Stadium was a 3 min walk. There are several pubs with live music very close and the hotel bar was nice too . The breakfast was very good . The lobby and halls could use some updating but the pool area and jacuzzi was nice . Our only problem was that the door key worked once and then didn’t work . Every day we had to go back to the lobby to get a new key . It was irritating

if you are going for the game it is a great location... rooms are spread but it was very loud in the hotel. unless you have kids, make sure you stay far away from the pool area. breakfast was good.

Accommodations were real good. Location perfect for access to Pack training facility and a bonus we could stay in the lot until 3; that was huge. Great breakfast, finally a hotel that had made to order omelets instead of putting red and green peppers in scrambled eggs!

Not the greatest stay. The beds are worn, not that comfortable. Remodeling isnt too bad, but there are still signs of old furniture. The chairs in rooms were wobbly, wood screws to hold pieces together. The lobby is old and not remodeled. Lighting in hallway is very dim. The only good thing is the pool. Also, please update pictures provided for customers to reference from. It does noy look like this.

The hotel was extremely dirty and had bad smells even the bed sheets were dirty!I requested a change of rooms but they were full and I asked for a refund before I got settled in and they wouldn’t do that either

I liked this hotel and would stay here again. My only issue with this hotel though is in the common areas (hallways, pool, lobby, etc) it was so hot and humid, you'd think you were in a sauna. Not sure if they were having AC issues, but man it was awful. The room AC worked great and the room was nice and cool, but those hallways and pool area were brutal. The beds also felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Other than those two things, this hotel was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was outrageous due to event. But we wanted the convenience of being able to walk where we were going. Property is older, which did not bother us, but it does need a deep clean. Very dusty in room, cobwebs on walls, floor was dirty under chairs and tables with garbage and food, dust was built up heavy on lamp fixtures. I feel with the prices they charge for the area they are in, they could at least do a better job of keeping up on the property. Breakfast was good.

In the shower the water ran hot and cold unprompted. When I say hot I mean I didn’t let my children shower. First morning I told the front desk. Never heard back next night took a shower same thing. Someone is going to get hurt. The fact that the front desk never followed up with such a serious issue show the lack of care in the hotel. For $300 a night because it’s Packer day was totally not worth the convenience of location.

Very walkable for everything we needed to attend. Bars and entertainment,/ Events. Best western was clean, the only thing that made the Hotel show its ags was the Hallway carpeting and maybe the outside since its been there a long time, Otherwise clean rooms Cold Fridge and a Microwave. This property seems outdated. Our room was musty, likely due to being near the pool. Breakfast was substandard compared to most hotels. No elevator. We travel frequently and would only stay here again to be near the stadium.

I believe Krista is who checked us in. She was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the rooms have tile which is nice however you can hear everything room to room. The people next to us partied until 2 am. It was made louder by the lack of carpet. The breakfast was delicious hot and a great variety.

Hottub didn’t open until 3pm with no reasoning. Loud with doors slamming all hours. Wasn't able to sleep past 6am with cleaning waking me with more door slamming. If you want to sleep I don't recommend this hotel. Oh, and I got to pay $400, overinflated pricing due to Packer practice. Not worth it!

Bed coverings are odd. A blanket between 2 sheets and no extra blankets to stay warm when we asked. Pool is fabulous however. Charges for watching tv led to cancellation of credit card.
