I always enjoy staying here. It's very easy. The shuttle was fast and easy for me. The food is good. It's quiet and nice. Good room, good bed. I never worry about my stay at this hotel. Very convenient.

Airport hotel… stay then fly somewhere. No other reason to be there. Very close to airport with shuttle. Food in bar good. Pillows on bed almost pointless- they need improving and the shower is pretty poor.

Great stay close to airport but was difficult to walk with luggage to the airport. Definitely wait for the shuttle.

Convenience! Shuttle service is awesome

Very hard to find from the airport. Shower and sink clogged up and it was like showering in a stream. Not impressed especoally for the money.

Good enough for a long layover

Great hotel to stay in if you have an early flight out of DFW

Flew out of Dallas. This is located on property. Hotel is very clean, quiet. 24 hour shuttle service

We opted to stay in the airport hotel because we were arriving late and had an early flight to the island. Check in went great and we walked in to a very nice room on an upper floor. After a long drive, a cocktail sounded wonderful. So I went to make my way to the hotel bar. That’s when the trouble started. I went to the elevator we had just come up, and none were working. Being sure they would be fixed soon, I hiked down the 13 floors to the lobby, and enjoyed said cocktail. Now, 30 minutes later, still no elevator to get back to the room and no communication as to when they might be available. So I climbed the 13 flights of stairs back to the room. Feeling sweaty, out of breath, but somewhat accomplished, I began the wind down for the night, being sure they would be fixed by morning. Early the next morning, we packed up to head out on our island adventure. We made our way to the elevators, and……nothing. Still not fixed. We called down to the front desk and were told “sorry, they’re out of order.” So I got to carry two full scuba kits and a large suitcase down 13 flights of stairs while my petite wife followed with three carryons. I understand things break down sometimes, but I just can’t help but think there must’ve been a service elevator, some strapping college kids working night shift, or some other available option the hotel could have offered beyond “sorry, they’re out of order.”

Near airport so flying out was easy. Beautiful room.

Very nice hotel

We had a good time, except the elevators were always full which made it challenging with small babies and a stroller. We weren’t able to take the stairs, just had to wait. At one point we waited 15 min to get one.

Shuttle from DFW was helpful and efficient. Hotel was good, not 'brand new', but comfortable. The EXCELLENT aspect for us was the restaurant where the chef was very well informed regarding Coeliac requirements and preparations. We were able to order with confidence to protect our sons with Gluten free food.

I did not go out to areas around the property other than back to terminal.

Room given to us was for disabled customers . Sink water didn’t drain. Bath water was coming all over up to vanity.

Their computers were down...but they handled it well...

Tram was convenient

I wish so could remember everyone’s name!!! But from the check in staff to the concierge, the restaurant crew and checking out everyone was great! It was my first time traveling with a 3 and 2 year old so things can get crazy! Everyone was very helpful and generous! Would def stay here again if passing through.

Just what you need in between flights

Everything great. Just need to see carpet start to go away from hotels.

Great customer service and great shuttle

The check in staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. The man who was the cashier at the little shop was also so nice!

Very easy check in and out. Convenient to and from DFW Airport. Only one hiccup. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Otherwise it would be 5 stars across the board.

Perfect place to stay pre flight!

This restaurant does not stay open long enough to be a sport hotel. If you land later in the evening there is nothing but grab n go and tan o to these issues several Times. Prefer grand Hyatt over Hyatt regency

Difficult to find where to meet the shuttle. This hotel NOT at the airport but outside the terminals. Room was comfortable and service was good.

Nice airport hotel. The room was clean and the staff was nice. I stayed here when I missed my connection in Dallas. The shuttle worked out well.

After traveling all day it was wonderful to be pampered with a shuttle to and from the airport. There needs to be more than one creamer in the rooms for coffee though.
