The bed was so comfortable. It was in such a nice area to walk to the chess corner and the park. The local restaurants were so good! The room was so modern and beautiful! We will be back

Staff was excellent. Room clean and simple. However, the hotel had construction happening all week and the "view" from the balcony we paid extra for was a mud pit that flooded when it rained. Walls were also paper thin so we were woken up by construction every morning at 8am. Not to mention being able to hear anyone in the hallways or yapping dogs in other rooms. Sheets and towels were pretty low quality too.
Overall, the hotel was clean and bathroom nice, but overpriced for construction and noise.

Room was not equipped with Tea bags. For tea drinkers, electric kettle should be provided. sleepers are not provided for room. Toiletries were lacking for moisturiser, kit of toothpaste, tooth brush, rajor, and shaving cream.
Restaurant was under renovation, so no lunch / dinner was available. Breakfast also except tea/ coffee all items were pre-packed and cold. i will not like to stay in this hotel next time. Off course, staff was helpful.

Great location - around the corner from Whole Foods, cute neighborhood of shops and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to Forest Park. Under construction now but no hassle, easy secure parking.

Check in was simple even late in the evening. They had the specific accessible room I had reserved! The attendant even helped me get my car parked so that I could access my ramp.
The room was more spacious than I had imagined! The only suggestions I could make would be to move the table up against the wall instead of jutting out into the floorspace. Remember that this is an accessible room for guests with mobility issues and pull items such as the coffee pot closer to the front of counter tops.
The bed was heavenly! I fell right to sleep and actually overslept waking rested and energetic!
The hotel was tucked into a fully walkable historic neighborhood. Its conveniently located a 10 minute walk to Washington University and my parking pass was valid all day!
I WILL be staying here again!

They are redoing the whole lobby area for breakfast, but they did try super hard to provide pre-packaged breakfast items. They had tons of options, and made the most of a remodel. The staff was nice, and the room was spectacular. The bathroom was absolutely breathtaking.

Everything as very clean and nice, especially for the price range. The parking situation was a bit tight but it was in a locked underground garage so I knew my car was safe. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Would definitely stay here again.

So happy with this hotel for the price! Super conveniently located close to lots in the Central West End, and the hotel itself is being renovated so our room was bright, clean, and beautifully updated with modern amenities! The only problem we encountered during our stay was being in a first floor room there were some guests loitering outside our window and talking very loudly early in the morning, I believe they could resolve this problem if they had a outside signs with quiet hours. Other than this we had a lovely stay!

I usually don't do reviews!!! But I must say pulling up I didn't think much of it. But the front desk guy was very nice! And my room was spectacular! Very very clean the bathroom beautifully set up and huge!!! It was nice and cool in there amazing rain shower head crisp bedding and Great body wash smelled bomb asf! Modern up to date just loved it! We slept so well and morning breakfast was grab and go but they had the good stuff!!!!!! We smashed name brand juices and breakfast sandwiches Donuts all kinds of stuff they keep this property up and I will return!!!!!

Nicely renovated hotel in a happening location. Check in was quick and simple. Room was cozy and inviting, and we really enjoyed having a balcony. Staff were all kind and courteous.

Parking a full size vehicle in the garage is very very tight. The temporary breakfast buffet is average...should improve when new restaurant opens. Wondering why i paid 158.xx thru expedia for room....then additional charge of 41.xx from the hotel...total was supposed to be 160.00 total

The Bad: No one at front desk at night when attempting to check in, had to wait around ten minutes before someone appeared. Issues with getting me checked in because I booked with Hotels.Com. Pillows were very lumpy, the $15 dollar nightly parking fee was not disclosed until I was checked in. Strange splotch on room ceiling, not enough shower towels provided. Lack of on-grounds parking.
The Good: Located near everything we wanted to do, very comfortable beds, only real affordable hotel in the area. Easy access to rooms. Clean rooms, good shower and bathroom. Employees were very friendly when needed/found.

This is a nice hotel with updated rooms. We were on the first floor and the guests above us were so loud. You may want to request the 3rd floor. It’s in a chic area with great restaurants within walking distance. Be aware it’s a ‘grab and go’ breakfast so it isn’t great.

Hotel was nice; however, breakfast reconstruction mess. There is no pool. You're charged $15 parking plus a "green" fee. Staff was very friendly. Probably would not stay here again with the mess.
