None of the electric outlets worked. Had to call the front desk to run an extension cord so we could run our medical cpap equipment. Neighbors had dogs that yapped all night. Tv did not work. Shower cold, never warmed up. Also a large round cylinder outside on the balcony that hit the window all night

Room was very dirty. There was trash on the floor, and something red and sticky on the desk and TV.
4.0
The room looks old and worn.

I tried to check out at 6:00am and there was no one at the front desk. I had a problem and could not even find security. No instructions in the room about the self parking and none given when I checked in
2.0
Old and out of date. Needs a renovation overall including the rooms and beds. Would not recommend staying there.

Everything is was good customer service not to friendly. But parking is not free anymore

Not so good

The room was dirty, something in the room made all of us itchy.

Blood on the floor no hot water dirty room will not be returning

The hotel itself has lost a bit of its appeal since the olden days. Hardly any choices for restaurants and the coffee shop closes early leaving us with the only choice to head outside the casino in search for food. The only saving grace is that the pool remains an enjoyable spot to go swimming at.
4.0
The room was good. Would have been really but the mattress was hard and slightly lumpy. Everything seemed clean, one drawer would not stay closed. Overall good.
5.0
Comfortable and clean. Food was good and large portions. Close to other restaurants and entertainment.

I like the front desk and Cafe del Sol Staff - Celina and the ma”e and female
staff serving with her.
Their nameplates are too small I can’t read if I am not close enough.

Heater in room didn’t work, difficult to get in touch with from desk, the shower was cold and when I finally got in touch with the front desk and asked about fixing it they said you have to turn on the sink hot water faucet and keep it running along with the shower faucet WTH so I did and that kind of worked it was warmer but still not a nice hot shower. The power went out. We decided to leave a day early because it was just one thing after another that made our stay stressful and unpleasant.

Hotel is outdated and needs a refresh. Getting hit with static electricity every time you touch something was frustrating. It was clean enough.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, good amenities

Check in was super fast and easy! Room was clean and great! Walking distance to many things!

We were there for a cheer competition and the pool was limited to 55 people. That's not even two teams when you count in families. Then the workers were rude to most parents there. The TV in the room didn't work well and we couldn't turn our heat up over 65.

Pool was "over capacity" got let in then someone pooped in the pool. Went to get dinner and take it back to the family. No takeout? Bed was uncomfortable and shampoo smelled like dead dog. Shower door wouldnt close. Elevators were slow and sketchy.

Well, we reviewed and looked at the Web and thought it would be awesome. We got there and it was filthy disgusting. There's tape all over the carpets/transitions, walls are terrifying, carpet, floors, and all surfaces were covered in dirt and liquids and other fun things. They had only one coffee stand with one employee. The building and parking garage are absolutely delapitating and should be torn down. If you stand on the perimeter of the property you can see where previous electrical fires were as they were never covered up, the roof is dented and there's holes everywhere and shingles and material hanging. No foliage. The gift shop was closed the entire weekend, there was never a single person in there just boxes of merchandise left all over the floor. The pool and jacuzzi is only open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. which is absurd. Sheets and pillows had actual residue on them.

This hotel has gone from ok to absolutely terrible. Our family stayed here last weekend and at 3 am, a blaring alarm woke up my whole family including 2 children who were terrified for their lives. I contacted the front desk and they basically said to wait it out. After 30 mins and another alarm goes off after it, I decided we’ve had enough and asked to be moved to another floor. Everyone said they were going to request a refund but when reaching out to the hotel, they simply ignored us. If the front desk would have been less condescending, then it wouldn’t have been so bad. And let’s not forget our post-dinner incident at Cafe Du Sol! We had paid our waitress, gave her extra tip for being wonderful, got up to leave and had the hostess chase us down, grab my arm and loudly say to me in front of the entire casino, “EXCUSE ME! I NEED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION, DID YOU PAY?!” Yes. Yes I did. Completely unprofessional and not even an apology was offered before she realized her mistake and turned back to her stand with a huff. I used to stay here a lot. I gambled here a lot. But after this, I’ll be going elsewhere because this place just doesn’t care about you. Terrible service leads to unsatisfied patrons. Simple as that.

It was a great stay. Close to Stateline nightlife and a few other casinos. Room was clean and large (not what I expected considering the low cost) huge bathroom and good views from room depending on the room location:) would definitely come back! M

Service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful, fast check in. Bed was defintiwly stiff, so if you like a soft bed this will be hard to sleep on. Bathrooms in the casino/lobby were a bit dirty, but the room bathroom was beautiful. Everything smelled and looked clean

Elevator's weren't working😡
We had to lug our two suitcases down 11 floors (stairs)😔

We jus got here today. But we've stayed here before and enjoy it all the time we come. Its so convenient n close to everything.

Not great it’s run down they charge you for parking they charge you for checking in early they charge a resort fee it’s like fee’s for everything

Customer service was great! They even upgraded me to a suite which was huge and a view of the lake. I will definitely be staying here again.

Worst customer service and the room was way outdated. Hallway carpets was soaked. Very outdated and dirty.

The space of the room & bathroom were great, but there was a chair that looked like someone had sex on it and it was disgusting. Also, we didn’t have any hot water for one night. And we were told to run the sink faucet and the shower faucet at the same time to get rid of all the cold water in the tank because the hotel was not at full capacity. Also, we had extremely loud kids next to us, which didn’t make any sense at all as to why they put them next to us when the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. Everyone should’ve been spaced out so we didn’t have to put up with kids all night. And I think , the worst issue we had was the key card not working to get in and out of the parking garage. Had to ask for a replacement three times.

Casino hotel, small scale and tired. Views cost extra as does use of the Bally’s gym at the Bally’s hotel even with the added “resort fee”.

It was okay, room was decent but bed was very uncomfortable (when we looked under the sheets it was actually two smaller beds put together). Bathroom was great.
3.0
We have stayed at this place a few times. The convenience of the location is great, but the hotel is dirty beyond belief. The rooms are not clean and the stuff in the rooms does not work like outlets. No ability to stream on the old outdated tv. It’s like a dinosaur now. The staff is not friendly really, they do the job but it’s lacking any form of hospitality. We won’t be returning to Ballys unless they get a makeover.

This was our anniversary trip. Only positive was our view. Upon our arrival the hotel had dirty hand prints on the wall that looked like dripping blood, our bed had a huge sink hole in it, our sheets had someone's pubic hairs on it. There was nothing to eat or drink on the property. Hardly any employees to service the hotel. I seen 4 employees my entire trip. It took so long to get a drink from the only bartender in the entire casino which is why we chose to gamble elsewhere. All the vending machines were empty. We tried to order food in the only Cafe, nobody came to give us a menu so we decided to sit at the bar and the woman tells us we cannot order food there even if we were ordering drinks. We had to go elsewhere for everything. Not to mention the countless trips to CVS to get the simplicities, like water! You really have to get your business together. We will not return.

Hair on shower wall, ceiling was peeling slightly, and visual damage exposed on bathroom mounding - room 615. Shower handle was oddly difficult to turn. I expected more for the price.
4.0
Very nice room but there was a loud knocking sound out in the hall all night long that was annoying. Other than that, our stay was great.
2.0
No hot watsr even after letting it run for 20 minute. No servicing the room even with charging an extra fee. Should be priced around 100$ a night!

They don’t tell you at check in to keep your room keys until you drive out of self parking, so you can get out without paying for parking
