Location is great. Staff is awesome. But the hotel needs a retrofit. Room is old, carpets are in very bad shape. Cleaning not so good. Not worth $190.

I stay here each time I come to LA for business. I find it quiet, convenient, and I like the size of the rooms. This past stay, I was on the 7th floor and noticed the water pressure was not as much as other stays. Breakfast is good although it would be nice to see sausage or protein included. I will stay here again.

The lobby was decent. The elevators and 4th floor is beyond dirty. Stains all over the carpets, dirty walls, the smell.of stale ash trays. Our room as not the greatest, bathroom looked like it was plucked from an old 1990s dilapidated motel, dirty walls, yellow tub. Paint job in the bathroom is terrible, tub was leaning in a weird angel. Frint desk told us house keeping only comes around every 4 days which is wild to hear. The air smelled like an old vegas casino. Highly disappointed in the overall condition, especially when this hotel is located in a business center. Never mind upgrades, just clean the place. Wasnt able to ask for a refund since all charges were paid upfrint. Very uncomfortable stay. Purchaed lysol to wipe our room and bathroom down. I would add photos but i suggest corporate make a surprise visit to see for themselves. Overall staff was friendly.

Nice over-nighter before hitting LAX. Staff was great during checkin. Good recommendations for local dining. Bed was comfy. Best sleep I've gotten in over a week. Shower was very hot! Breakfast was too short and way too many people in lines to make a waffle. Crazy for a Friday morning!

Short stay. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Easy check in and check out. We were most pleased with our visit. David at the front counter, was polite and accommodating.

The La Quinta is a great deal with normal wear for a value property. The price was by far the best around, the building is very safe, the staff were nice, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good for being free and the coffee was ok. There are lots of good inexpensive places to eat just across the street and the highway noise is normal for the area. I will absolutely stay here again of they offer the same great price.

First impression of hotel lobby was very nice. However, hallway carpets were dirty and employee was vacuuming and the bag smelled like it needed to be changed. Entered room and smelt like dirty stinky feet! I had to open balcony door to get fresh air. I left it open for few hours to get rid of smell. If the room smelt fresh, I would have given 5 stars! Friendly staff and excellent guest service.

We had a good stay. Room were average snd comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juices. In close proximity to good fast food and a few restaurants.

It wasn’t good the beds were uncomfortable,the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door was hard to close and breakfast wasn’t all that great and the three nights we stayed our beds were never fixed

Loud vent fan in bath/ No coffee in room/ Only eggs for breakfast were cold hard boiled- need omelettes like other La Quintas. Good checkin, nice staff, very clean. Tiny bathroom and no lock on door.

The location for this hotel was good, lots of places close by for food options. The room was ok, the windows had cracks on them and in the morning found the top of the window frame leaking. Breakfast options were very limited compared to other Quinta Inn hotels I’ve stayed at before. I did like that you needed to swipe key to get into the building at any time of the day.

Our stay was good. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom and sink area is out dated and needs new paint. Shower knob not properly working. Refrigerator not working. All in all, the say was good. Perfect location, quiet and lots of restaurants nearby.

Bed was comfy, rooms a bit outdated. I like that the hotel is non smoking; however, if those guests who smoke need a place to smoke, there is no bench and smokers pole. A place should be available, that is covered within a proper distance from doors that is safe (especially for female guests) to do so. Had no interaction with staff. Breakfast was pretty good, a mix of continental & cook to order. Did have a few days that were noisy (slamming doors and loud talks in hallways outside my door) and inconsiderate.

The hotel was great, need a key to come and go but had to wait a bit at door to check in, room was clean, work space good, bed was excellent,entrance is thru the bathroom area and a little snug getting luggage cart thru, they need to serve hot/cooked eggs and breakfast meats, at least the boiled eggs are peeled.

Bathroom was more of a converted closet. Had pull out closet doors instead of a regular door. Poor ventilation fan in the bathroom. Free breakfast was good but not great. Service people were really nice

It is dated hotel, so I cannot say it is excellent. But staffs were nice and breakfast was fine. Good for value.

Front doors are always lock but in a nice area. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable but could use 1 more pillow on the bed, 2 more towels in the bathroom and only 1 coffee filter. Breakfast was very simple, 2 waffle makers- likes were super long, cereal and oatmeal packets.
No eggs or sausage/bacon like you find at most hotels. Just seems they skipped on a few things you find at other hotels.

It was a clean hotel and was close to fast food. Located near a Kaiser Hospital and business park area. Good for a one night stay.
