Bathroom was dirty and water in shower was leaking. Chair and table was dirty and very sticky. Walk ways and some stairways had trash.

I had bed bugs, I wrote you guys and hope we can get this resolved.

Air conditioning did not work. Went to front desk and asked them to have it looked at and that didn’t happen until the 2nd time I asked. They couldn’t fix it and didn’t have another room.

Room was small. The vanity sink was stained/damaged. Hotel literally next to busy 91 freeway… cars speeding by very loud. There is a good mix of restaurants in the area. Chipotle, Starbucks in the same lot.

The service was good But they had a lot of cockroaches

They were not friendly even when asking for more Martell’s to use the pool there was no ice in the vending machine and they were not nice about it

This is hands down my favorite motel 6 me and my dogs have stayed at. Check in is fast and easy, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is centered around plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping centers. The only complaint I have is the ice machine is always down, but luckily there’s a 711 a few blocks away from motel

I booked a deluxe room and paid for it I was giving room 135 which is not a deluxe. You could call and ask if 135 the room they gave me is the one I paid for. Roaches in the room and I got my baby with me I told them about it and they said to hold on till manager comes in to work They don't care

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. There's food options within walking distance.

Very nice and helpful service by front staff. The cleanliness of the room could be a lot better. It was a decent room for its affordable price. You get what you pay for. We never got any room service during our 5 day stay..

This hotel caters to individuals that are looking for a bargain and/or travel with pets. The images do not convey the actual aesthetic experience. They DO NOT designate specific rooms when guests stay with animals so any room in the entire place could have just hosted a guest with an animal (usually dogs). While walking around the property, all I could smell was dog urine and dog poop...UNBELIEVABLY STRONG AND PUNGENT!!! There were human hairs all over the shower area, the bathrooms look like they've been painted with house paint and it's all chipped and dirty (looking). There were hairs all over the beds (although my son said it appeared to be dog hair) and then my daughter found bugs in the bed. At that point we decided to cancel our reservation. When we called the GM to Getty our first night refunded, the assistant manager said that they could not refund for the following reasons: 1) it took us over an hour from our initial check in to discover the horrible state of the rooms (I dropped off our bags and then picked up the family from the shopping. I changed our initial room because the it was right outside the doggy relief area and stunk like urine, poop and wet dog) 2) we booked with a third party app (doesn't everyone now a days) This is truly one of the worst places to consider staying. If it's a last resort, it's relatively inexpensive but there are many other options close by for about the same price or less.

One man was walking around parking lot with big dog. The dog was untied and had poo on the parking lot.

The was rice on my sheets n there was flys and I got bite by a bug. I left at 1 or 2am So uncomfortable. Went to another hotel

Broken AC buttons, stains everywhere , torn shower curtain, mattress feels aged. Working elevator, Working AC , Hotwater and parking all OK. Overall OK.

Clean and office staff was nice. Few lights in room; tv was not wired and had to be called to hook up.

ok, np. I am sure there was much more there could have been done. I was there for my mothers funeral, my plane took off 1:30 AM 7/24 so it was pointless for me to stay at the motel till the following day. NP. Expedia and Motel 6 could not refund for checking out 1 day earlier for a bereavement, I will never use either of you and will advise others to stay away from expedia and motel 6. There's certainly better competitors out there that would have been happy to accommodate me. Also, you never had ice. Thank you for your horrible experience. Regards, Marcel

Found a bed bug in my bed

I didn't like the shower, the tub is very slippery, the shower head sits low and is not adjustable. Water leaks out the tub since the shower curtain is only fabric without the plastic liner. The walls are dirty.

They stay all in your bussness

This property has a great location once you figure out how to enter the parking lot. It's right by walkable dining options and very close driving distance to our destination, Knott's Berry Farm. Security is present and helpful.

Room was dirty had long thick black hair on the “clean” towels and throughout the bedding. Ice machines doesn’t work. The front desk was nice however only good thing from staying here honestly.

There was no Hair dryer and no light to light up the whole room. Sheets and pillows were stained.

Ice machines disabled/broken/not working on every floor. Had to leave property to get ice. Paid for a DELUXE room with Refridgerator and Microwave, but got neither because they said only room left that was DELUXE with Refridg and Microwave was BROKEN and the room being repaired. We had to accept a lesser room at originally paid price, plus had to buy food off property since there was no refridge and no microwave. Totally disappointing. Air conditionere had no labels or info to operate it and we had to take picture of it and send to internet to get info on using it. Very counterintuitive and faceplate missing. Room keys kept demagnetizing and had to have new ones made 2X in 24 hours. Phone in room didn't work, line dead. All adults musts check in with ID during registration in person at Motel. If any person not there at Check-in with positive picture ID, they cannot stay in room. Parking tight and only 1 elevator makes getting from car to room with suitcases a chore.

The biggest thing I disliked was the rudeness from the staff at the desk. Overnight staff was kind and courteous. Morning staff needs to work on professionalism.
