Rooms are too small. Carpet is dirty, bathroom sink, shower tiles and ceiling were cracked.

Thus clise to the train staion very convenient

This was my first stay at this hotel, Will definitely be requesting this hotel Again on my next stays in Cologne. The fact it’s only 150 meters from my train platform is a huge selling point for me.

The best location possible. We took a late train and were very tired, we just walked out of the station, checked in and 10 minutes after our train arrived I was already in bed. Loved it.

Definitely not like the pictures… very deceiving. The bars or restaurants with the hotel wasn’t open one the reasons I booked the place , the tts didn’t work as the signals kept freezing.. fire alarm went off in the middle of the night , had 4 fire trucks , and no explanation why were had to evacuate and stand outside in the cold for that long ..

Across the road from the Cologne Railway Station. Go through to the other side if the station and there is the Cologne Cathedral. Walking distance to most things.

Nice friendly staff and a good nights sleep despite Karnival being on . Shower good - room had some lights out and the walls were showing signs of aging .

Basic hotel in an excellent location. Easy access to the train station and city centre walkable in 10-15 mins. Rooms very basic and dated but clean. Bar wasn’t open during 3 night stay but quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel was close to the main train station, Koln Cathedral and Christmas market. Walked along the Rhine and enjoyed many bars.

It’s an alright hotel. It’s a run down hotel where peeling i noticeable. You could also smell a bit of funky smell everywhere.

I really enjoy the location of the hotel. In front of the main train station of Cologne and near to the Duom, what is very impressive. The accomodations are ok and the amenities are good too. I really recommend this hotel.

Very close to Hauptbanhof, 3.min walk. Water kettle also available for making hot drinks. Also close to concert hall, where we bought tics for concert.

Perfectly acceptable for a short business stay (or a night in transit), the Wyndham Köln is in a great location across the plaza from the central train station, with plenty of shops and quick serve restaurants minutes away. You're literally 5 minutes from the Dom Cathedral and all of the many restaurants and shops on the high streets nearby. The hotel is - what's a nice way to say it - old. The website photos are a bit misleading as the room was nowhere near as nice. Based on my room, it needs a renovation. The wallpaper, worn carpeting and not enough lighting just all point to an owner that is maximizing profits. The bathroom literally is incredibly small and we found it literally uncomfortable. The shower did get suitably warm and the room attendants kept the bathroom as clean as possible. The bed and linens were fine and clean (although the mattress is very soft). I liked the sparkling water and gummy treats, too. The breakfast which was "meh" was pricey - €20. We ended up going to some of the local bakeries each morning and spent less and got better food. During any non-convention time-frame, it's an alright place to stay as it probably is reasonably priced. For a convention, which prompted my most recent trip. The prices are ridiculous (throughout the city) which points to supply and demand! If you need a place to stay for a quick trip - this Wyndham is ok. Just be mindful that it's 3 stars because it's not in the condition to warrant more.

This hotel is right by the train station in the center of the city. No need to rent a car, it’s super convenient. Staff was very friendly.

Clean and great location close to the trainstation (also fairly loud though even at night). Rooms are outdated and in sore need of refurbishement.

Right after Cologne Hauptbahnhof, close to many shops. AC was not working but we managed. We didn’t check breakfast, it is 20 euros pp. overall good hotel

The hotelroom is spacious The bathroom very small but clean and ok. The overall look is gloomy and needs to be redone. We slept very well on nice wide beds and superclean and comfortable sheets
