I was traveling with a CASDT certified Service Dog and was given a room that smelled strongly of animal urine (likely one of their “pet friendly rooms”.

The customer service was okay, the room you can tell it has been updated but still needed some work. The fridge was horrible that’s for sure.

Everything was great, best value in the Atlanta area. No frills nothing exciting, wouldn’t pay 100.00 a night for it, but at what I paid, it was perfect.

Everything was great. Staff exceptionally helpful and efficient. Stayed a week and loved it. Only problem was that the bed was a bit saggy on the left side.

One of the best budget stays I’ve ever had. I decided to give this place a try after being completely disgusted with a near-by extended stay type hotel, and I was blown away how much nicer this hotel was in every way, cleanliness, furniture quality, hotel grounds, and amenities coffered. I have found my go-to spot in Norcross when I need a place to stay on a budget.

Nice, quiet, and relaxing very nice property beautiful rooms up to date no roaches no smells no people hanging out no smell of marijuana perfect getaway and the staff were very accommodating friendly & professional I will definitely be back for my next stay the bed was so comfortable.
The pictures of the lodge are not deceiving.

Everything is nice except no breakfast. The room was upgraded with a massage chair which we enjoyed a lot. Just watch for the padding behind your head. The chair was working great, but it's old and possibly refurbished. The padding sometimes exposed the glue or sticking material which will entangle with your hair.

VERY affordable and a lovely location! The grounds of the hotel were extremely well taken care of and the room itself was very clean and well taken care of! When I booked online, I only saw an option for a smoking room, but as soon as I came to the desk, they asked if I’d like a non-smoking room and switched it over no fuss! I will absolutely be booking this hotel the next time I visit Atlanta!

Great hotel for the prize ! Was expecting less got more. There is a 100$ security deposit that they will return 2-3 days after checkout. Pets are an extra 10$ per night

My spouse and I along with our 2 dogs are a few days shy of a 2 week stay, and I must say it has been very pleasant. Although we did have 1 misunderstanding that was amicably resolved, we are enjoying our stay. This place looks different than the pictures, in a good way! Good curb appeal, rooms are clean, service has been good and most importantly it feels safe!

My room was comfortable, the wi-fi and tv worked. The bathroom was clean reflecting the quality of housekeeping staff. There was an operating ice maker that produced ice to keep my insulin cool. The motel is located conveniently near the interstate and several restaurants. I will stay here again!

The property was very run down - rust on small lamp. Bathroom fixtures were old - carpet was damp, room smelled of bleach. The staff was excellent, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again.
