Convienent location and affordable. Many recent updates to the hallways and rooms were apparent. Room was comfortable but the bathroom was not cleaned well and I had to make two trips to front desk for clean towels since there was only one, yes one, towel in the room on our arrival. Who cleans these rooms? Have they had ANY training? Does anyone inspect the rooms after cleaning? Highly annoying oversights like this are dealbreakers for experienced travelers.

Good hotel nice place to stay, was there a total of 3 nights, two stays. However... we were told the Pub would be open 5 to 10 every evening. It was never open.. breakfast in the morning was adequate, but one morning there was no coffee the whole time we were in there..again not a big deal, but irksome just the same. The important things were taken care of, for sure, and tge staff was great, but had the capability of being so much more..

Arrived for room with 3 travelers: assigned room A/C not functioning after room cooked in 90 temps all day. Moved to 2 rooms with lesser beds, and A/C not working newly assigned room. Complementary bath toiletries empty tubes! Asked for manager response and had none. Asked for refund, no reply. Listing services included onsite bar (closed on our Friday night stay!), laundry facility ( none; took to off-site laundromat), and morning complimentary breakfast was unstaffed initially and no coffee to start. Only bright spot was registration counter staff (young woman with pink braces: Very helpful and pleasant). Cannot recommend any stay until deficiencies are corrected, facilities repaired/updated, and staffing and services reevaluated. Expedia should deplatform this property until it's deficiencies are inspected and verified by Expedia. I'm losing confidence in the Expedia experience. A losing effort. Please get better

Very comfortable, quiet accommodations. Super friendly front desk staff and we so enjoy the on-site pub.

The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast suited our needs and the coffee was good.

this place needs updating very much. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the shower drained slowly and was ankle deep by the end of the shower. carpet was dirty. the breakfast was basically toast and coffee. way too much money for the condition of the hotel.

The staff is always ‘first rate’ every time we stay. Rooms have been nicely updated and are very clean and comfortable. The ‘Pub’ which is a newer on-site amenity is a great place to unwind and relax without having to go elsewhere. Nice beer, wine, and alcohol selection, tasty pizza offerings, and really pleasant atmosphere.

Checked in late, got unpacked for the night, turned the bedding down only to find filthy sheets. Dirt, pubic hair, just absolutely disgusting. I walked down to the front desk to tell them about the issue and while the desk clerk was pleasant and apologetic, he brought us clean sheets, went back to get fresh pillow cases that he forgot or didn't originally think were necessary for some reason, and left. He appeared to the only person on staff. So I had to change the bedding in a hotel myself. Wholly unacceptable. No rate adjustment, nothing. Just sorry 'bout it. I would never stay there again and warn those would.

The hotel was nice. Nice big breakfast area. Pool open 24hours. Floor in room needed vacuumed and beds were too soft for my comfort. But otherwise it was a nice hotel, friendly staff.

Staff were kind and helpful

Excellent stay at a well established property still in excellent state of repair. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but did offer a wide variety of cold items. Pool appears to be more of an adult pool, a welcome change from some of the children's playgrounds they have become elsewhere. Nice little Pub opening downstairs will need some experienced help and some promption!

The hotel had a beautiful feel upon entering from the parking lot but then the room was really warm when we arrived and there was no elevator to take our luggage upstairs so we had to wrangle everything with a petulant 3-yr-old in tow every step of the way. We also struggled with our key cards several times and had to get them reset and we were only there for one night! Additionally, there were no laundry facilities onsite so we got back from swimming with sandy, wet clothes and towels and no way to wash and dry them.

Our room and the property were very clean! Furnishings may be a little older, but were in good condition. Most importantly everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a variety of packaged pastries, cereal, fruit and yogurt. No hot food was served. They did have a toaster available for bread and bagels. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Our stay was lovely. It’s a nice hotel. We had a comfortable stay and I would stay again if ever in the area.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. 24 hour pool makes this place very unique!
