Nothing about it i liked ac was on but room temp never changed.the room had gnats and flys coming from my sinks drain and the guy who i seen about getting another key mad had a attitude becaui needed a key made will not ever come back again

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! While i was there i witnessed 6 drug deals go down! Fridge didnt work, no pressure in shower, and with cold off and hot on full the shower was still cold!!

My overall stay was amazing no bugs the rooms smelled amazing they were clean I'm a smoker so they made us go outside to smoke which is understandable the only thing that bugs me is that the insides are nice but the outside is got a lot of trash around the property and a lot of drug addicts hanging around and kids just running around outside on the floors that's the only thing that I didn't like

This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in the smell was terrible.there are signs everywhere stating no smokeing 250 dollar fine. I walk in my room and the smell is worse. Mold on the bathroom cieling. Hair in the shower tub. The mattresses are hard and the pillows are flat. I dont normally write reviews but i will never stay at a quality in again.

Very run down, but it was cheap

We did not check into this hotel. As soon as i walked in the pool was padlocked, the workers were chatting and not paying any attention to the front desk, the property looked dirty and run down. When i seen all that we left and never checked in. Hoping to get a refund of some sort.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience of my life. Where to even begin. Completely infested with cockroaches. Our room had bed bugs and blood stains on the bed. My girlfriend had a cockroach run across her while she slept. Keep in mind this place serves food daily. The first room we were put into did not lock. We had a stranger burst thru the door at 3am and if we did not have the latch shut I have no idea what would’ve happened. My girlfriend was absolutely terrified. Had we not needed to stay and with very limited options due to our circumstance we would have immediately checked out. After telling them our door did not lock and could be pushed open by literally anyone we were able to switch rooms. More bed bugs, more roaches and even more bloodstains than before. Cigarette ash all over the room in a non smoking hotel. The sink was clogged and would flood rendering it useless. I am utterly disgusted by this experience and cannot believe that this hotel is allowed to remain open. Property was absolutely trashed and smelled like human waste. I am requesting a refund due to all of these events and the hotel told me I need to contact Expedia since that is where I booked.

It was horrible! The floor boards were tapped up with duct tape, the window sills had mold growing on them, my tv wouldn't cut on and the remote was missing a battery and a back cover, and a baby roach crawled on the check-in desk when we first arrived. We planned on staying there for 5 days, but cancelled our stay after the first night. The guy at the desk seemed to not care.

The Hotel was average with no wifi so that the roku tv was not able to be used .one reaso i chose Quality was they advertised a swimming pool but it was dirty and water was green so we coùldnt use the pool at all . The maid service didnt give out towels or bedding . Had to go to the front desk to get items . The staff however was very pleasant and proffesional . Been here for 10 days with family in 2 rooms but am going to change hotels very soon because it takes to long to earn a free stay . I think Best Western has better deals and promotions .

You get what you pay for. Car didn't get stolen, i didn't get robbed, no one broke into the room. If that’s all you are looking for and you don’t have enough to buy a better room, this place is manageable. Bed sucks but was sleepable. If you weigh more than 60 pounds and have been told by a doctor to gain weight, this bed is for otherwise it caves in. Get yourself a 2 bedroom just incase the sheets haven’t been bleached in a while. If you've smelled a dumpster from a fast food restaurant in the middle of the summer, the smell that the other reviews are complaining about is not that bad. It’s not pleasant don’t get me wrong. Bring cologne or perfume and spray yourself when you go. Again, if you need a place to stay and you don’t have $60 more to spend on a better hotel, then this is the place for you. Also, there’s a chipotle and dunkin in walking distance.

Too many shady people hanging out around bldg

The staff was rude and no communication. The room was poorly cleaned with several items broken. Sink barely ran water. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Pool closed.

The Management Was Mean The Other Clients Are Loud And Boisterous We Had To Call The Police One Night Because Of Activity Going On Outside Our Room And Afterall That We Got A Notice This Morning That they want us out of the Motel so i would seriously suggest anyone traveling through this area to avoid this place it ain't fit for animals let alone people.

Front desk & manager very nice and gave me a full refund. HOWEVER, as a young woman traveling alone for work - these conditions made me feel unsafe and I left as soon as I checked in. The current pictures under this hotel are not accurate. Here is why. - Elevator broken - Dingy rooms / lobby - staircase reeks of urine - room reeked of smoke - stain on pillow case - bathroom not fully clean - bathroom light hardly working I hope that in the future the maintenance of the hotel will be taken a little more seriously.

The room was comfortable and fairly clean, but overall the hotel feels run down.

The property was ok. It definitely needs renovations. They had old wood boards that were secured with tape. The vanities in the bathroom had cracks in them. I didn't feel safe at this property, there were a lot of guys hanging around outside. I wouldn't recommend it.

They refused to refund even though it stated fully refundable. The whole area was stinking and very old. The bedsheets had mold stains and the toilet had pop stains. Worst experience ever.

The hotel should be closed down it was so insane it was disgusting it had bugs in the elevator in the room. The bed had ants in it and flies all over the smell was so bad my Grandaughter got sick to her stomach and was throwing up all night. We won’t stay at any Quality hotel again

Its was the most nasty hotel ever, dégeulasse , all dirty , breackfist only bread and orange juste , chaire with stain , the smell of the hotel was diacusting

TERRIBLE

The rooms were in good condition. The only downside was that the bath / shower's hot and cold were reversed which was not noted at check in. It was easy enough once I reported that the hot water wasn't working and I was provided with the reversal information.
