Very dirty and areas were painted over that needed repair. Breakfast was very poor and set up in a conference room. Smokers everywhere.

Customer service was awesome. Easy check in & check out. Convenient location to the Hollywood Casino Ampa Theater. Hotel was a little outdated, but they are in the process of major remodeling. Breakfast was descent nice variety. Milk was spoiled, but once notified them. They were quick to change all of it out. So I do recommend this hotel.

To start positively, most staff members we encountered was very polite and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, which was an added bonus we were unaware of. Now the less than great: The smell of the property was far less than pleasant. The property appeared to be in the middle of renovation, which is fine, but it was messy. The garbage cans were piled up on both the main level and our level. You’re provided a small trash can inside the room, but no trash in the bathroom. (This would be nice for feminine products, etc) When we were walking toward our room, there was a shower curtain sat in the hallway, and a dead cicada by the door near the elevator. We went to our concert, returning around 10:30PM. The trashes were not emptied, which is understandable due to the concert. We left and returned around 1:30AM, and the trashes were (more) full. Shower curtain and cicada were still chillin’ in the hall. We got to our room and both of our keys were deactivated. We went to the desk and the attendant, who was down the hall, asked for my ID. I took my wallet out and struggled getting my card out, as one often does. She asked me to simply show her, which I did. She then took my wallet and went down the hall. This was bizarre. When we returned to the room, we discovered that the sheets, pillow, and comforters were very stained. It made for an uneasy nice of rest. The was, overall an unpleasant stay.

Great place place to stay when I am in town for shows at Hollywood Amphitheater.

From the smell to the condition of the carpets, the overall experience of this hotel was poor. We attended a concert at the nearby casino. Wish we would have chosen a different hotel.

We stayed for just one night for the Green day concert. We did arrive a little early but they did let us check in. The lady at the desk was very nice and made check in easy. She also let us know about the shuttle which took us to and from the show. Our room was decent but could really use a little bit of repair and updating. Overall it was it was pretty quiet and comfy. I would probably stay here again for another show.

Good place to crash for a night after a concert. Decent beds, and clean from what i could tell. The room smelled like dogs though, which i wasnt a fan of. Breakfast was decent. I'd stay again for the convenience and price.

We were put in a room where the carpets were wet and there was a fan in there and it stunk to high heaven so I went back down and they put us in a different room. It was OK but still not clean. Went to breakfast the next morning and the milk was curdled.

Very run down and smells. They need to upgrade the flooring for starters. For the amount we paid, I would expect better accommodations and breakfast.

Very outdated property for 225 dollars for one night. Room wasnt very clean. Beds were so uncomfortable couldnt sleep at all.

The Hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates! Paint was coming down in many areas, shower looked like they're was mold on the caulking, food under seat cushion, microwave had old food pieces in it, musky smell through out building! I expected to stay in a nicer space especially with the price I payed for a single king bed, almost $200 for one night!!! Staff was very nice. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again

Unfortunately the lighted mirror in the bathroom didn’t work, so the bathroom was pretty dark. The phone in our room didn’t work as well. But the desk staff were nice and the shuttle was helpful.

Like close to concert and casinos

The hotel itself was run down. There was plastic on the floor leading to our room. The wallpaper was not well applied and our friends had multiple blood spots on their bed. Our room smelled of stale smoke. If you don’t care about any of those things then go ahead and book. Beds were comfy and staff were friendly.

Over all a GREAT stay! Hotel was having some work done, so not clean throughout the property. Our room was super clean, wish the beds were alittle better but it is a hotel lol. Breakfast definitely could use an upgrade. Such a big hotel but little options. LOVEEEEEEEEE the shuttle service that was available to & from venues including Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. The van driver was so nice and the van was super clean. Would stay here again!

It’s close to Dave and Busters and Hollywood Casino Amphitheater

I loved staying at Elimwood. It was clean, everyone was friendly and the property was close to our activities. Will stay here in the future

Well we thought we had a decent hotel picked out for our evening until we made it to the elevator and it wasn't working properly so we had to take the stairs. We entered our room and the air was so musty it was hard to breathe. Stains were everywhere on the floors and sheets. Up above the coat rack was a balled up dirty rag with brown stuff all over it! We don't plan on recommending this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom was in great need of deep cleaning. Staff was very attentive and kind. We had the air conditioning go out and it was replaced while we were out

The room booked was to sleep 5 persons. Realistically the room had a king bed that slept 2 and a twin pull out that slept 1. The hotel offered no resolution, other than a refund or extra sheets to sleep on the floor to our sleeping options. Since hotels were booked in the area, we had no choice but to stay. We made beds out of couch cushions and squeezed 3 in sleeping sideways on the king bed. The water was scheduled to be shut off 1 hour before check-out for a fully booked hotel, this required us to check-out earlier. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The bathroom door knob fell off and my daughter was stuck in the bathroom. The tub and the sink would not drain. Carpets were badly stained, as well as the towels. The twin pull out mattress appeared to have mold on the back side.

The room was very comfortable. My wife and I both decided to skip breakfast to sleep in because the bed and pillows were so good.

I stay at this hotel for the convenience of going to concerts at the nearby Amphitheater. The shuttle service is great, and the patio is perfect for afterwards. The hotel rooms are clean, but the halls and elevators could all use a good scrubbing. The hotel is also being renovated, so upgrades are hopefully forthcoming!

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Great location to the HC amphitheater, with transportation to and from. Short walk also. Hot breakfast is only available on the weekends, which was nor mentioned on the website. It was just grab and go during the week. Disappointed with that.

From the front desk to our room everything was filthy. The rug in the elevator looked like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned. The carpet in the hallway was also filthy. The property smelled musty and damp. Our keurig machine in our room did not work and the lamps were broken. The desk clerks were rude. We booked this hotel because it was close to the amphitheater but we will never stay there again.

I liked overall stay

First of all, there’s only a hot breakfast on the weekends. Good to know ahead of time. Secondly, the building and furnishings are on their last leg. As my husband said, lipstick on a pig.
