Decent location

Moldy bathroom with no ventilation. Fold out couch bed was full of food from previous people. Gym did not have any type of sanitizing system. Couch had blood stains.

Room was clean and daily housekeeping was available the rest was total garbage and not worthy of positive comments. See my long explanation of bad service below

Upon arrival there was a lobby full of guests waiting for housekeeping to clean rooms so we could check in. We all had to wait until 7pm before we could get in our rooms. The next 3 days I witnessed the same nonsense for other guests. Housekeeping randomly enters your room without knocking even with do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast is available between 7 and 10 however they randomly close for 15 minutes during this time and tell you to come back later. Asking for basic guest information from the desk staff gets short one word snotty answers. Bums!

During this stay, the staff was very helpful and professional.

The only snag in my stay was my room did not have a hair dryer.

The location was good.

Our room stunk. And there was food still in the floor when we got there in the closet was a banana pepper we noticed there was not fire alarm but the biggest issue was the smell. It was a weird smell that we couldn't figure out. They also didn't clean room the time we were there and we didn't put the sign on the door for them not too. We needed new towels and trash taken out but they never did. We stayed 2 nights and normally rooms are cleaned daily unless u request them not to be
