The beds were comfortable... the maid, however, did not make either bed correctly. I had to remake both of them

water in shower was luke warm, our door would not lock because it was warped and had been pushed in before. smoke detector started going off in the morning and we don’t smoke and there was no reason for it going off

Pictures can be deceiving. I originally booked this hotel because I have stayed at another Holiday Inn Express within 5 miles of and was unable to find that one (changed ownership). I wish I would have found the new named one. This HIE is dated compared to many I have stayed in. The carpet around the ac was soaked. It was attended to the next day and they put a big fan on it to dry the carpet. I requested our room be changed and was told to check it the next day and if it's not dry, they would try to move us. The morning gal at the desk was super sweet and empathic to the situation. The evening gal, not so much. The restaurant was decent as we had breakfast there. Didn't spend much time in the room during our 4 night stay as we were out and about. I highly recommend finding a different HIE if that is the brand you want or a different property name.

The staff was amazing very nice and respectful the room was clean clean not just surface clean. I will definitely use this hotel for my future visits.

There was only one elevator working which caused a long time to get to and from our room. The front desk staff wasn't very welcoming and when I called to get bedding for the pull out couch they put me on hold and never did pick up the call. I was on hold for 20 minutes and just gave up and went down there. The pull out couch mattress was flat and not comfortable at all. There were no sheets or blankets for it in the room either.

The property was relatively clean, in a safe area, easy to get to, and had reliable shuttle access to and from concert venue. Most Holiday Inn stays provide complimentary breakfast for kids, but this one considers all travelers “adults” for this purpose and so charged full price for breakfast for my 2 children. Breakfast was overpriced and pretty bad. My food was completely flavorless and cold, and one of my kids had the Belgian waffles which were undercooked and actually just raw dough inside. Service in hotel was fine but not great in the restaurant. Shuttle drivers to and from concert venue were awesome.

It was very nice and peaceful.... very clean and the staff was very professional.. being so close to riverport for a concert was very nice not having to drive and use the shuttle provided by the hotel was great

Bathroom was dirty upon our arrival to the room. Went to receptionist and was told “ housekeeping is gone for the day. They’ll be back tomorrow.” Nobody ever came to clean our room and I stayed three nights. The room smelled like smoke. Our sheets also had dried up blood on them.

Front desk Service was great . Older not so gentleman running the restaurant rude as we walked into restaurant thinking it was open due to door being opened . He rudely said cant you see the lights are off and we are closed . No apologize were closed.

The cleanliness was great, the atmosphere was good as well. My only issues were front desk night shift employee she was in the middle of helping me and I am guessing she felt I was taking too long so she Said do you not have the money do you need me to cancel this transaction and i can take these other guests, as she had her hand on the credit card machine trying to cancel my transaction. I told her that wouldn't be necessary paid for the room and the only other thing was room didn't have a remote we had to wait until Saturday morning to get one. Katlyn I believe that was her name, went above and beyond to help remedy the situation, she was the only one for the morning shift so she couldn't get away from front desk the lobby attendant helped her to deliver the remote he had to come to our room more than once to locate the correct remote, excellent customer service and awesome team work, thank you so very much.

The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is runed down and not very clean. The restaurant attached was SLOW and the staff was rude and messed up ALL of our ordered. Would not stay there again

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We only had a short overnight stay before an early flight out.

There was a dirty washcloth inside the shower the sheets on the bed had hair on them and the door lock was messed up to where you could not lock it

As always, property is clean & in good condition. However, the level of service is not even close to satisfactory. For the THIRD time, my credit card has been charged twice for a one night stay @ this property. Prior to checking in, I spoke with the front desk agent in reference to my previous experiences. She confirmed that it’s been an issue and that she was brought in from a different property to train agents on new system. She assured me that I would not be charged twice. Me feeling confident that I would not be charged twice, I went outside & booked my stay through Expedia & immediately after was checked in by the agent. In the middle of my stay, I received notification from my CC company that a second charge had been issued by this property. Upon check out, I notified the same training agent that checked me in that I was, yet again, charged twice. I spoke with a sales manager who informed me that check in was not completed properly by the training agent and ultimately, I would need to wait approximately (7) days to see the charges removed. Manager, whom I spoke with on a previous double charge occasion, was present at the front desk. He offered no solution or accommodations. I requested GM call @ earliest convenience & did as I was en route to check in @ a different hotel. I voiced my frustration & was told, that they have a new system & new staff & currently training. While an apology was issued, no accommodations were offered & still waiting for credit.

The bathtub would not drain shower head wouldn't work right the place was dirty. I wanted to pay cash and just leave my bank card for security reasons they wouldn't accept my cash I could pay cash when I checked out but they still were going to run my bank card for the payment and I wouldn't receive it back for about 3 to 4 days this was a short vacation with my grandson for the first time and the whole experience was horrible trying to get checked in for 2 and 1/2 hours after a 3-hour drive had a concert to go to that evening barely had time to eat then and get ready to go when I wanted to call Holiday inns phone number I was on hold for over 40 minutes went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager and sat there for over 20 minutes waiting to speak to a manager had to ask the front desk clerk to go get her again with no help whatsoever felt so bad for my grandson cuz all our plans were ruined

The property looked beautiful on the outside and the lobby also. The hallways were dingy and had a musky smell to them. There were fleas in our room and the shuttle never showed up to get us from our event.

I have been to a lot of hotels but the staff at this particular hotel made it the best one yet, they were so sweet and very professional. Even with a rude client the front desk receptionist was so sweet and was quick to provide a helpful solution. I will definitely be coming back, absolutely loved the atmosphere!
