The courtyard was stunning!! I was disappointed that the site I booked from showed laundry facilities but there wasn’t any. Besides that I loved everything about my stay!

Very enjoyable experience. The hotel grounds are spectacular, very New Orleans. The pool was nice and clean. Valet parking was fabulous and easy, they were also able to store our bags and keep the parking past checkout to explore the city which was very convenient. The night staff during check in was a little disorganized but still very friendly, and the morning and afternoon staff were spectacular. The hotel was quiet, although it was off season so take that with a grain of salt.
The room itself was definitely old, but seemed to be cared for. The room had a bit of an old basement smell and the floors were a bit damp, but was overall clean and the curtains blocked the light out nicely. The beds were fine to sleep in, comfortable pillows. Overall a nice stay and enjoyable experience.

The staff was amazing and super nice! The pool was the perfect way to cool off in the summer heat after long walks in the quarter. The room AC was also perfect and cold! We will definitely be staying here again! This hotel is so close to everything we love in NOLA.

Wonderful piece of history. Convenietly located between Borbon St. & French market. Our room was so clean. Bed was crisp and cool. Room (upon entering) was so cool. AC was PERFECT. Bed was co.fortable. Bonus was the shower. Water pressure was excellent! We absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! Found a new favorite znew Orleans hotel!

Wonderful experience! Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They even booked our tours for us. Beds were comfortable and it was the quietest stay we’ve ever had while visiting the French quarter. Between the comfort of the room, the awesome employees and how central it is to all our favorite things to do, this will be our go to hotel from now on when we visit.

The check in lady Patricia was amazing! She gave us a bubble party at check in. We were able to check in early at no extra charge. And the parking attendants were all lovely and unloaded our cars & took our stuff to our rooms for us. He even called the taxi for us when we needed to go back to the airport.

It was quiet for the location, which was perfect for us. Not as busy as Bourbon St. but still close to all the fun and in a beautiful historic building. We would stay here again!

I wanted a historic hotel in the French Quarter and couldn’t have made a better choice! The location was ideal, the history interesting and the renovations quality. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the pool refreshing and the parking (an elevator takes the vehicle upstairs!) fascinating. We will stay there again!

Once inside the property it was awesome for a 170 year old building. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
On the outside its another story… We almost stepped on the man laying in front of the main injured store area. If you don’t drink, you’re probably going to hate it anytime after 7 o’clock. All of the roads are poorly taken care of and I’ve tripped multiple times while I was there.

Located one block from Jackson Square, this property was perfect for us. The staff were accommodating and helpful. While there is no restaurant on the property there are many within a block. The pool was perfect for our grandson. We will definitely stay there again.
