Stylish Hotel in the Centre of Vienna. Quiet rooms. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast especially for Coeliac. Fantastic air conditioning.

Absolutely great!!! This was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Amazing rooms, the view was amazing, the bathroom is so clean and fresh, and the location is perfect, right near the main shopping and eating areas, and close to landmarks. The only issue was that the safe in our room didn’t work.

Very nice and clean, rooms very modern and comfortable. Right on the main shopping area, not even 10 minutes walk from the Opera and other attractions. Bfast was very nice and with lots of options.

The air-conditioning didnt work while +32 is outside. We've got very strange explanation about this without any kind of apology at all

The hotel is a nice convenient stay. It is near a main shopping area, some restaurants, and the opera house and transit. Solomon and Diana were great at the front desk helping us with checkin and luggage. When we got a room with a smaller bed (double/queen size) than the reservation required they quickly found us a room with a king bed and street view with a small step out and helped to move the luggage again. Unfortunately where the a/c in the room with a double bed was working great it did not work great in the new room (seems the a/c functioning may vary throughout the rooms). Even though I set the thermostat to 19 Celsius it never got below 22. However the staff was great with getting us a fan that I could use to cool the room off further (which made it comfortable). And they did send their tech to look at it (even though there was nothing he could do). We were in room 142 (in case a/c is important to you. The rooms are simple decor and clean. Our room had a spacious bathroom. For breakfast the buffet was simple and it was nice to have a small order menu at the table as well. I enjoyed the omelette each day but they had several other tasty options. The staff at breakfast was kind and the lady with blonde hair was very helpful and great at remembering my order each morning. Oh it may be important to note the room doors are accessed by an actual key and not a card. All the staff was kind, patient, and provided good recommendations for the area.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city centre. Very convenient location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Property is classic and feels newly renovated. Breakfast as good.

Bettina and dajana and ilia and Dalia were all exceptional! My father fell sick and they all jumped in to call the doctor and help us in every possible way. Highly recommend the hotel for its staff and absolutely fantastic location.

What an amazing hotel! The room was beautiful, the hotel has been restored impeccably, and the staff are very friendly and super responsive to any request. The location couldn’t be better for shopping, sightseeing, etc. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Beautiful, spacious room in a quaint, historic hotel in the heart of the Old Vienna. Many restaurants, bars, and shopping along with tourist attractions including St. Stephens Cathedral were all within walking distance.

The hotel location was excellent. Very close to shopping and main attractions of Old Vienna. The hotel is modern and very nice, with one exception. The bathroom tubs are hard to climb into, slippery to stand in, and the shower controls are awkward to operate with a swinging door that adds to the horrible tub situation. Beside the bathroom tub mess, the hotel is very nice and i would recommend it for your stay in Vienna.

This hotel checks all the boxes -- accommodations, amenities, staff, location, etc. Would not think of staying anywhere else in Vienna.

Wow! Right in the heart of where you need to be on main shopping strip. Loved the brand new refurbishment and the old vs new changes. Staff were amazing and the rooms large and spacious. We stayed on a king room and was perfect size for 2x adults and baby of 1yrs old. Breakfast could be a little better but heaps of coffee and bakery shops at your footstep so no complaints there. I would definitely stay here again!!! Close to sites, transport, shops, eateries, casino just wow

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. 1. Location : is fantastic. In the innere stadt within walking distance to Stephanzplatz (which felt like Vienna’s time square) with the cathedral itself, opera house, U1 train station , many restaurants, bars, Hofburg palace, starting point for the on/off tours. 2. Hotel decor : newly renovated , art deco - had a “The Grand Budapest Hotel” vibe. There’s a small bar in the lobby that’s open until midnight and a complimentary welcome drink was provided on the day I arrived, 3. The staff : perhaps outshone everything else . They were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations for tours, restaurants 4. The package : excellent value for money. Breakfast is €28/person if you don’t have it included with your room. I thought it was worth it and quite enjoyed the selection provided. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. I absolutely loved it.
