A 3 paradas en tranvía del centro, se podía ir dando un paseo. Zona tranquila pero con todos los servicios. El apartahotel con servicio 24 horas. Un lugar perfecto para conocer la ciudad.

Alguna cosita no funcionaba bien, pero lo resolvieron en cuanto pasamos la incidencia.

Muy comodo, la cocina vino muy bien, muy limpio, ubicacion excelente. Tienen guardaequipajes.

Bon emplacement proche du centre, très facilement accessible de l’aéroport et accès facile au centre ville. Très bon équipement de la chambre. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. 7 min vom Schwedenplatz und 7 min von Wien Mitte und CAT (zu Fuß). Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Großer LCD TV und Kitchen eck mit Kaffee Maschine, Mikrowelle, Herd- Sehr guter Service!

Der Verkehr auf den Straßen hat man auch noch weiter oben gehört, ist aber so in der Stadt, Insbesondere die Straßenbahnen, Der Lüfter im Bad war immer an, was etwas gestört hat, Die Fenster im Dachgeschoss sind recht klein. Vielleicht doch etwas teuer.

Esta muy bien situado. El tranvía del centro y alrededores para en la puerta del hotel. Las habitaciones son chicas pero cómodas. Los baños excelentes. Se puede ir al centro historico caminando. Excelente ubicación para acceder a las atracciones principales. Las comodidafes del apart perfectas. Hasta lavavajillas. La atención muy buena. Siempre dispuestos a hacerte una estadía agradable. Lo recomiendo pues la relación precio calidad es óptima.

Das Aparthotel liegt sehr praktisch am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Mehrere U-Bahn Linien sind in Gehdistanz (U1, U3, U4). Wir hatten ein sehr bequemes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die kleine Küchenecke ist praktisch, wenn man sich mal einen Tee kochen möchte.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster auf die stark befahrene Straße. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, aber ein Zimmer in den Innenhof wäre ruhiger gewesen. Im Badezimmer hat sich nach 2 Tagen die Lüftung eingeschaltet und lief dann die ganze Zeit - auch etwas laut und lästig.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Lage ist gut, Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ideal. Aber...

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft um ein Deposit von 50€ in Bar gebeten. Leider haben wir uns diese etwas unübliche Vorgehensweise nicht quittieren lassen. Bis heute, rund 2 Monate später, zieht sich eine ermüdende Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hin. Mehrmals wurde sich entschuldigt und ein umgehende Rückerstattung zugesichert. Passiert ist bis heute gar nichts.

Aamiainen oli mainio, maittava ja sisälsi kaikki perusjutut, joita hotellivierailijat tavanomaisesti odottavat, mutta 18€ aika korkea hinnaltaan. Henkilökunta ammattitaitoinen ja hymyilevä. Hotellin sijainti on loistava ja julkinen liikenne helppokäyttöinen sekä mutkattomasti toimiva. Suomalaisena ilahdutti erityisesti Kone Oyj:n hissit ja SAUNA, jota tosin ei nyt ehditty testata.

Henkilökunta olisi ehkä voinut mainostaa ja tiedottaa esim. saunasta ja kuntosalin käytöstä hieman myös oma-aloitteisesti, mutta olisivat varmasti kysyttäessä opastaneet. Kaikki meni kuitenkin kokonaisuutena hyvin. :)

The position of the hotel is excellent because you can easily reach the centre of the city by a 10 minutes walk. the staff at the reception was very helpful and the room that they gave us was spacious and super clean.

The location was ideal , within walking distance of the main attractions , quite quiet. The room was well equipped which helped to keep the cost down. There was a fabulous shop close by which had everything that you could need.

Being an inside room there was no view & it felt a bit claustrophobic as it wasn't possible to open the window. The end panelof the shower cubicle is a bit of a danger hazard - it's so clean that you cannot see it & could easily bump into it.

The receptionist is friendly

Staff were very attentative,location was pretty good.

I don't think it was as clean as it should have been,however,that is not the worst of it-the bottom sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off revealing a tired old/flat and somewhat grotty mattess-unacceptable. Parking was an issue and quite expensive even at the discounted rate from the hotel.

We liked everything.

liked the location, easy access/walking to center, Prater, U-Bahn, Tram right across the street. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Loved having the kitchenette. Grocery store close by. Hotel is right by the Danube Canal

Fair amount of emergency vehicles with sirens blaring driving by at all times

Not good wasnt much choice , only had very minimal amount , got told I had to pay extra for my wife aswell because I was told I only booked a single and not double room, which when booking I could not amend the room , but didn’t think it was a problem has I booked for a double , no one said we had to pay extra when we went in breakfast on the first morning, but charged when we checked out

Breakfast and situation . Allso the communication about breakfast from both the hotel and booking . Com .

Breakfast was minimal like a continental breakfast and certainly not a buffet.
