The elevators and room we were in were unfinished. There was no vent in the bathroom, the pillows were 1/2 stuffed. It just wasn't the quality I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. You are usually my go-to for a hotel.

It was a good stay. Got suprised with a 60 dollar (non-refundable) deposit... i would call that a fee not a deposit. Alot of construction and side doora were no accessible to carry in our bags.

The room was fine. We stayed in the King Suite. Thinly thing I would have like was more pillows, only three small pillows. The other thing was the thermostat in the bedroom didn’t work.

The Hampton was in the business of remodeling and the jackhammer was very annoying, the first afternoon. Once they finished with that, our room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the process of being remodeled, and we were given a brand new room since I had forgotten to request a non pet room in advance. The hotel manager, Mr. Simmons was extremely accommodating, had a great sense of humor and very personable. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool, we were close to a number of places to eat, and breakfast was bountiful with a variety of great choices, much of which was homemade. This was an A location!

I am usually very fond of Hampton Inn’s but my experience at this location was disappointing. The $187 price for 1 night was definitely not worth what we got. I was never told when I booked or when i checked in that due to construction some amenities would be missing from the room (no mini fridge and no ice on our floor) and that the room would reek of carpet glue. There were mushy rotten apples set out for breakfast in the morning. The staff was polite and friendly but I expected better from a Hampton Inn, i could have gotten the same experience for 1/3 the price just down the road.

Great location, convenient for doing Dusty Trails sandhill crane tours. I could walk across the street to the city Visitor Center tour pickup location, Applebees, Dunkin, mexican restaurant, shop Fort Cody and gas station convenience store. Across the highway is Perkins, Ruby Tuesday, and several fast-food spots.

Amazing. Quiet sleep with curtains that block out the light. Clean and well maintained.
One tiny thing- the dark roast coffee in the breakfast room was weak. Starbucks is nearby, thankfully.

The rooms need updating. The colors and furniture are out of date. The refrigerator on top of a dresser with a microwave on top of the refrigerator looks like an accident waiting to happen. We normally love Hampton but this one was not up to the usual standards.

Wife went to use toilet and entire lid and seat slid off tank causing her to hit her back on tub. Wanted to talk to front desk but they had a number of customers in line and we needed to get on the road. She still needs asssitance today getting out of chairs and bed.
