Excellent! Friendly staff! Clean! Close to everything!!!

First of all they had bad leak@ property which they shut down water whole day fri.which i wanted stay for 2 days thurs.fri. ;after i agreed leave & check out which they agreed to not charge me which they lied they decided charge me one night@ which i didnt stayed very bad i must say beware!!

Was alerted when I checked in that the following morning the water would be turned off for plumbing work at 10am. Without warning, the water was cut at 6am with zero communication. Front desk had no empathy or understanding. a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Furthermore, how in the world did you serve breakfast with no water? That is a sanitation issue and highly concerning. I could have gone somewhere else and not had any issues.

The fact that my credit card was cloned and the cards of two of my friends were cloned at the same time is that hotel makes me never ever will go back to that place

The people that worked at the hotel were very nice. The bed that you had to sleep in did not have sheets that fit the mattress.

The room was never cleaned and with the deposit the card that I used was clone and several charges were filed along with 2 other friends that arrived at the same time were also clone their credit card and several charges made

The room was very clean and it’s located safe area minutes to downtown. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The room smelled old and musty

The shower was short and rust on shower wall. Kitchen staff was accommodating and the rooms and building were clean.

It was a good experience

Service was good, the room we were put in was not bad but the carpet by the window was soaking wet and it only got worse as the air conditioning was running, so we switched rooms then the air conditioner was hardly working took a full day to cool down, we was gone for the day, then we thought we was getting some sleep when the power shut off and it seemed like it was only the hotel with out power so we decided to check out early because we had enough with this place. I would not recommend it and i will not stay there again.

I had to spend the last night without air conditioning

Last night we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Naples, the hotel was very clean and the staff that registered us (Cindy)was super nice and friendly. However, when we got to our room (202) it was hot, we lowered the AC hoping it would cool down. We fell asleep and in the middle of the night, we heard a loud noise and lost power. Now staying at the hotel, you are hoping they would have some kind of backed up generator? The AC and most lights were off due to the outage. The room got hotter very quickly to the point that we just decided to leave since no one could sleep in these conditions. A few other guests made the same decision since it was getting hot. We had to take the emergency stairs and checked out at 6am to get some fresh air in our car, upon explaining it to the concierge, she showed no care, no emotions whatsoever. As a Hilton member, I found it very disrespectful (even if I wasn't a member).... Now I know NOT to stay at that property anymore and I can say it was a bad start for our father's day plan.
