Convenient location right off the exit of I-10. Condition is a bit old with smell of mold in the room.

There was standing water under my bed, but in the situation it was a room

It was perfect for a weekend getaway with the family.

Gross rooms. Need to be desperately updated. Carpet of old and torn. Smelled. Rusty door frames. Grout in bathroom moldy.

Carpet in room was torn & tattered. Toilet was partially clogged. One of the washing machines was dirty which was cleaned after reporting. Continental breakfast was kept filled.

Hair in the bathroom. No phone in the room. Had to walk downstairs to report the television wasn’t working and no phone in the room. The cooked breakfast is only Friday through Sunday. Overall not a bad stay.

From the beginning the room was dirty with dirty towels and smelly. The next day employees did not clean our room. I had to ask for clean towels. Also the whole property smell bad. After all we had a bad experience with bad service. Thank you

The room was decent, beds were clean and nice, But bathroom was dirty and out of soaps, floors were kinda dirty, and coffee maker didn’t work right. The lobby was nice, but the whole property was very dirty and unkept, lights out all over, and had duct fans on the floor in the hallways.

Room was nice. very big no bugs. Everything worked and was clean. we even had a little patio. Staff was quick and efficiently. Breakfast had a nice selection. unfortunately it was labor day weekend and the hotel was sold out seemed evwryone came in to eat all at once. so the staff couldnt keep up with the food. ( hated swwing all the food the pther patrons threw in the trash while others waited just to get anything. People ruin everything. . The downside was we booked the hotel excietd to go for a relaxing swim and the site said nothing about tge pool being closed for tge season. we didn't know it until it was time to go into tge lobby to check in.and by then it was too late to.book any other hotel. we were bummed. its still hot outside and just labor day. Why would the pool be closed? wish the website would have warned us. when we wwre booking.

You get what you pay for. They have a sign posted that your deposit will be kept if your towels are rags are stained, but they come to you stained. It’s actual black carpet, but it got my feet very dirty and even my daughters shirt when she laid on the ground. The lobby and hall smelt clean, but the floors had evident dirt. They did have complementary breakfast as listed. There was a game room that consist of a pool table and two other games that made the experience a little bit better for my six-year-old.

Did not stay at this property. Tried to get a refund and once again Expedia blames the hotel for their refund policy but when I contact the hotel they say it’s Expedia. So the customer is left at a loss

My wife and I had a spacious room that was clean and had been prepared for our 2 night stay stay. The room had been updated and was comfortable. We had everything that we needed and had to ask for nothing from the desk. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were no orders any signs of neglect. The only down side was although the mattress was ok it needed to be replaced or turned. We found ourselves sleeping in valleys. We were able to get a good night's sleep as best as you can away from home. Would stay again at this hotel if we need to in the future.

Right off I-10.

Room is big and spacious, AC not secured to wall huge gaps, bed has sunken areas, fire alarm goes off in the morning, breakfast was late in the making.

The kids loved the game room

Great nice pool, but a lot of poison oak around the pool and bushes. Cool pinball machine. Great help and service.

The dirtiest bathroom I have seen.

Staff were friendly, Outdated property, wasn’t the cleanest found hair in the tub and sink and Thin walls.

Wasn’t provided the comforts of what the advertisement said for the number of people. I thought I was getting a suite it was a single room with 2 double beds very small room and uncomfortable..

We didn’t stay it was disgusting

The staff was amazing, our room door opened directly to the pool, there’s a shaded gazebo to hang out at while the kids swim. The rooms could use some updates, but overall it’s a great place to stay and we will be staying here again! Also, the breakfast is AMAZING!

They will not let u check in early. My son cut his food and we had to get stitches 15 mins into our beach adventure. We thought the hotel staff would be a bit flexible on letting us check in and they didn’t care they stuck to the 3 pm check in time. Wouldn’t even allow to check in 30 mins early. If I didn’t use a 3rd party to book this one night stay I would have cancelled. I called 4 other hotels in the area and they all said that early check in would have been fine with them. They have glass sliding doors in the rooms and they didn’t have them locked at the time we finally got checked in. Floors in both rooms had a lot of sand in the carpet, found long black hairs in between sheets. Will not stay again do not recommend find another hotel. Also had homeless people in packing lot someone called police on, who then brought a K-9 unit and then took them away. Save ur money find something better
