We feel it met our needs and beyond. We suggest a hook in the shower/ tub area for clothing.

Around 10pm and 12pm some how two random people at different times were given access to my room while I was in bed they utilized a card given to them by the front desk. I was told by the front desk staff they were sorry and that shouldnt have happened it may have been a computer error. With that being said safety is a big concern of mine and I will not be staying at laquinta in.

Flew into SF on way home from Taiwan. Needed place near airport for early morning flight to AZ. Was able to get a Lyft at 3:15 am within 15 min.

A poor stay. Traffic noise from the busy El Camino Real street was loud and persisted constantly through the night. The bathroom shower was old, unclean. The dresser drawer would not stay shut; it rolled open of it's own accord.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Parking is $15 per night; parking is in a garage. Well lit and has an elevator. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Only a one night stay after a VERY long flight and LaQuinta had everything we needed to relax after our long flight!! Welcoming, felt very safe, friendly staff and a great location! Room was clean, warm and well situated!

We had an amazing time! Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay feel like home, and I absolutely loved the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be coming back to spend more time here!

The lady at the front desk today (10/7/24), was gery friendly and the latino gentleman in the restaurant for breakfast was so nice and friendly. The room was very clean. One thing that I didn't like was that when I checked in around 11pm there were two African American ladies in the front and completely ignored me. They were looking at the computer and talking'and not once they acknowledged me. Another lady was there, and i think she had already clocked out, she helped ke. I had a long flight and it was delayed as well, ans just wanted to ho to bed. Other then that everything was great!

Third time staying at this location. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, and the location is ideal for a stay in the San Francisco area. Service was great and the available amenities made muti-night stays comfortable. I also like the ambiance of the middle courtyard. Made for a comfortable place to sit or walk around.

Safe location quite at night except the person above us felt like he had weights on his feet. Other than that plenty of parking clean facility loved the kitchen. Breakfast was excellent had pretty much everything that we needed. A plus was they accept pets so I was able to bring our Boston with us. Would stay here again.

Not good. I went to soak in jacuzzi tub and was not working. Called front desk and was told someone will be there in 20 minutes. Waited 2 hrs and No Show. Front desk decided to give me another room. First room had shower and no tub. Frustrated! Next room had jacuzzi tub and that was not working. Not a happy camper!!!

I found blood on my bed and was told there isn’t anything they can do. Then the house keepers came and said there was no blood on the bed even tho we recorded a video showing all the dried up blood on the sheets

It is very old, with some bare minimum improvements. The rooms are noisy, I heard other guests using their toilet. It is situated on a busy road. Corridors are outdoors. Parking garage is dark and in bad shape.
Low end towels and toiletries. I do not recommend this “hotel” at all. Also, it is in a sketchy area.

The room was a bit dirty when arriving. If you want room cleaned while staying there you have to request it daily or room will not be cleaned.

Like this property b/c it has a nice outdoor seating area that lined with plants and flowers.
Very clean. The breakfast has plenty of choices.
From the front desk employees to the housekeepers/ maintenance staff- they are quick to respond and help.
Also- very dog friendly! There are patches of grass and dog doo- doo bags.

We used the hotel to stay one night at before our flight the location was great, off street parking in a garage was really nice and the staff was great. That being said we booked a room with a kitchen and woke up in the middle of the night to a loud fan sound, turns out the fridge in the kitchen was super loud and would not stop running. Also the ac unit is very loud as well. The other knock on cleanliness was carpeting had a sticky feeling to it as well. Overall an ok stay for one night close to the airport but barely slept due to the fridge noise.

First time stay here and we love it. Quiet and clean place. Breakfast is good, we wish they have bacon as well. Warmed pool is a plus. My kids enjoyed their swim. We love the view from our room, 3rd floor, beautiful courtyard. The big guy that work in breakfast station is great customer service. The girl at Front desk when we checked in was nice, I forgot to ask her name. Highly recommend and definitely coming back.
