It was memorable. Took advantage of the breakfast every morning. Their breakfasts are complete with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes, waffles, pancakes, cold cereal, orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee, toasted bread.

Very disappointed to wake up this morning and find the toilet COVERED in ants! If I could post the video I have, I would. When my boyfriend called the front desk, they only offered to give us another room key to use the bathroom. They told us they would have the maids deal with our room when they came on shift… in a few hours!! I love best westerns, but highly disappointed in the way they handled this.

Hotel backed up to the freeway so it was super loud, carpets were stained, you could hear EVERYTHING and the staff was not very friendly except for the Latin gentleman that worked Saturday night.

We had a great time. Everybody was really nice. Breakfast was adequate on 24 a coffee was good. There wasn’t smell on the sheets of cleaning products. They were clean, but they did smell chemically everything else was perfect. Excellent job.

Hotel in proximity to many restaurants and shopping malls. Room, linen and towels very clean. Not fancy. Older facility. air conditioning noisy and weak. No microwave. Refrigerator door could not be opened all the way due to bed located too close. Parking on main level and underground.

There are very limited garbage cans on property. None anywhere near lobby and none on floors near elevators. So you pile your food outside your room which draws in the ants. We had a bad ant problem in our bathroom and spoke to other guests with same issue. My guess is the limited options for garbage cans is related. Just add some garbage cans throughout the property.

The A/C in our room didn’t work well, we were too tired to let the front desk know, but, let them know upon departure. It was very hot that day. Our view was of the parking lot. The staff was very nice. Not enough towels in the room, but, the room was very clean. I don’t think we’ll be back.

This stay was everything we hoped it would be: clean, comfortable quiet and private. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The young lady in the breakfast room did a great job. She kept everything up to the minute and it was very good.

All hotels in this area are collectively grouped next to one another, right next to the freeway. Nothing too spectacular, decent breakfast selection and a nice general area to sit in what used to be a bar area. Way too hot, the air in both common areas and rooms just didn’t feel like it was air conditioning, felt more like a swamp cooler-lots of moisture in the rooms.

The staff were absolutely incredible . The hotel is a bit dated. The breakfast was my favorite part. Waffles and coffee with many more options. I paid using Expedia but was still required to place a deposit. I never had to do that before. That was my only complaint. Lots of shopping close by. Both above and underground free parking. Overall, perfect stay for my out of state visit to Cali.

I really liked this place I had to have back surgery and this is where I stayed for 2 days they where super nice the room was very clean and had a walk in shower for me the breakfast was really good I just thought they do an amazing job here thank you so much
