I asked for late check out (12pm) when i checked in and it was granted by the receptionist. The next mprning i was bombarded by calls from tbe front desk threatening that if i didnt leave by 11:30 i was going to lose my deposit. Horrible experience.

Overall it was an on stay. There were ants coming out of the sink and floor was uneven at some places.

I was a little thrown off when I walked into my room and two men were in there switching out the TV but other than that I had a great time with my husband

Great experience 10/10 would come back and recommend to family and friends. Friendly and helpful staff always clean and checking to see if we need any room service . Always good parking and very quiet and peaceful.

Customer service was good. The room faced the freeway and was loud 24 hours. The window and the windows covering did nothing to block the noise. Overall, the hotel has an old field to it. On the second floor leading to the rooms, the towel is cracked and broken. Lost a hill on my shoe because of that. Bathroom Floor tile was loose and bath water. Was tepid not hot. Just warm enough that you weren’t taking a cold shower. The beds were clean and comfortable. .com

It looked disgusting the walls around were smeared with dirt and patched and not painted. Very run down. I wish I would have paid the extra $20 a night and stayed at very decent Hotel.
The hostess at the counter was very pleasant and nice. Seemed almost shocked to have someone there who was visiting family in the area. Wow
I'm gunna guess the ladies in and out of the rooms around me might have been, prostitutes?????

We booked the king suite with the spa tub. The room was abysmal. Although it is a “smoking” room, the air was as if a smoke break was taken in there right before we arrived. There was cracked paint on multiple surfaces, open screw holes on the walls, black mold on the ceiling above the shower, and cockroaches. We immediately cancelled the room and booked elsewhere. The manager on duty was very understanding and helpful in cancelling and refunding the room.

unpleasant experience, the front desk lady is rude, rooms are outdated and very noisy AC. I agree with the previous review about breakfast all carbs no protein at all. Bed is very uncomfortable. No complementary coffee or tea even water. Definitely would not coming back.

I like the fact that the property is close to a whole lot of convenience stores. Checking in was quite easy although I booked the rooms late from Expedia. This is actually my 2nd time around checking in on the Days Inn West Covina. I will check in again to this place whenever I’m visiting that area for sure. Thanks.
