I always enjoy staying at your hotel. It is very very nice. It has a great location and the people at the front desk are always very helpful and nice.

Came in town early on our flight, there was no lounge in which to just get ourselves turned around. No place to wait on our rides, we had to stand outside so as not to miss it.

Loved the tropical environment outside. Peaceful. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping come by daily. My only complaint my room didn’t have a microwave or desk area. Would definitely stay here again

It was just what I wanted in a mini vacation place clean quiet and accommodating

Our stay was great. Will definitely consider this Best Western again if I ever go back to this area. The only thing that really grinded my gears was the mother who let her small child run around the pond with the fish in it, and jump into it! I'd recommend putting signs around the ponds so people would know to keep their kids off the rocks and out of the water.

Love the hotel. Super nice. The rooms were super clean and modern! The pool amazing!!! One small thing was they should improve the breakfast. But I definitely will back to this hotel. !! Thanks

The room was not available at the check in scheduled time, because of no towels/sheets available.
More than 1h delay, with a very hot and uncomfortable conditions outside.
The common areas of the property were not very clean. The breakfast assortment very poor.
The room was okay but the bath minimum acceptable.
The position of the hotel is convenient and the parking lot full of space. Overall, the rate is barely acceptable for the price paid.

Not welcoming at check in, Room was dated but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was served outside ! Not ideal in a tropical storm !

Nice spacious room. Fridge and microwave in room. Liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate areas. Beds very soft. Nice pool area and breakfast served round the pool. The included breakfast was nice and had a good selection.

The location is very good, the staff are friendly, the pool is nice but the room was very dirty including the bedding, the smell from the carpet was very unpleasant. The rooms definitely need a renovation.

Everything was great!! We had an incredible stay. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well! Plenty of parking and great pool and hot tubs.
Only complaint was no microwave in the room even though it was listed with one.

Hotel was good but bathroom could have done with a refit. Pool towels should have been out earlier, but overall very good. 20 minute walk to beach. Also free shuttle if required

The best bits: atmosphere created by tropical landscaping, friendly staff, renovated room with a long balcony, good location and a handy beach shuttle. The hotel is in the middle of updates. The king room lacked a microwave, safe and a table. The manager kindly offered a free night of accommodation to compensate for the missing advertised microwave. Flooring around the breakfast area and small pool needs repairs. Breakfast menu adequate for a short stay only. Enjoyed the stay on the whole.

I live the fact that it has a beach shuttle!
My wish is the beach shuttle runs more frequently and they provide beach chairs & umbrellas!

Best Western Naples Inn & Suites is always our top choice when traveling to Naples. Over the past 10 years we have booked our stays with them. The staff is always so friendly, and location is excellent. We always look forward to staying here. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this place was a disapointment. We have been coming here for years, at lest 10 years. We loved how quiet and clean it used to be. Now it is noticeable how run down th hotel is, the poolwas not accessible which i wish we would have been informed before. The room smelled moldy and it was humid. The bed sheets was stain the walls had stained. The beds were uncomfortable,l. The nice thing was front desk Dominque. She was very helpful and stepped in to help her colleague when he was having trouble.

The pictures are of the pool area, which is beautiful, but both pools were under maintenance. The rest of the hotel was just a motel that’s a little worn around the edges. Not worth the cost when the pools were closed.
