Booked hotel a week out but something came up and I couldn’t cancel. Got charged and didn’t even stay there. Beware they will do everything to keep your money!

I book this room because it showed to have breakfast. All it had was cold cereal, small but then in their original wrapper, tiny child size boxes of only apple juice no orange juice, and bagels. It was at a very small bar with no place to fit. They did have coffee. Om the previous night I stayed at Wyndham that served a hot breakfast. Hotels without hot breakfasts need to advertise continental breakfast not breakfast.

The guy at the desk was nice, it was a big room and a large parking lot. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was small and it took forever to rinse my hair out with the shower head they had. Breakfast was a packaged muffin and a small apple juice box.

We actually didn’t stay because the place was so disgusting. Grungy is the word I used. Dirt 1/2 inch thick on the baseboards so assumed the floor hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time. A horrible musty smell, holey screens, 50 year old worn out furniture and a suitcase holder so dirty we wouldn’t put our suitcase on it. We tried to get our money back but were told no since we booked thru Hotels.com. Fortunately, they made it right.

Floor felt sticky and hoping in shower my feet were black, asked them to get me a smoking room paid extra do to disability I can't do stairs paid for late checkout at 3 pm to be notified then ut really is 2 pm late checkout then to have the hotel manager on checkout day piund on the door at 11 am to say its check out time to get in argument that I paid for late checkout time. No shower curtain. Reimbursed me $10 just to recharge me $10 after I leave.

We checked in and there was only one wash cloth
And were told they were out, there were bugs in the room and a lot of kids running up and down the halls until midnight. We originally were gonna spend three nights but decided to leave after one so when we went to the office to see about getting reimbursed for two nights we were told the y needed a 24 hour notice I explained that we were not even there for 24 hours so we only reimbursed for one night. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this location, on this trip I stayed at Days inn in Oceanside Ca. Lake Havasu Az and both of those locations were top notch can’t say enough good things about them,

You get what you paid for. Cheap rooms. Power went out while checking in. Not hotels fault. There was a light pole knocked down. It was to be expected. Ok to just spend the night and leave in the morning. Not to hang out and lounge by the pool.

The rooms were dated and unclean. There were roaches in the bathroom. Light fixtures were grimy. Very disappointing. Signage says pool open until 10pm, but manager on duty stated it closed at 9pm, not allowing time my granddaughter time to swim.

I had called central reservation for Days inN and was advertised to ask for the military discount at the property. At the property it was denied. Also asked for none smoking, bc on Expedia only smoking was available. They would not change it bc I booked on Expedia. Not happy

In desperate need of updating! The curtains were not attached to the curtain rod and were full of holes. The toilet ran on and off all the time and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud! The included “breakfast”was an old wrapped banana muffin and fruit cup.

The man at the front desk was not friendly. We had to ask for everything that should have been available in our room, including the coffee pot, shampoo, soap, bath mat, etc. There was a huge pile of trash, in addition to an overflowing trashcan, at the foot of the stairs leading up to our room that smelled awful and was crawling with roaches. I reported the trash to the front desk but it wasn't removed until the next day. The breakfast that was advertised on line was a "grab and go" breakfast consisting of a small apple, muffin and a juice box. It was a disappointing experience.

Outdated and fairly dirty. The floors left my kids feet dirty. Thankfully I brought rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle for after showers. Not enough towels. Bathroom did look clean. Doors walls doorways were dirty. Beds were bouncy but not uncomfortable. I was afraid to look u see the duetted sheet but they looked better protected than the last hotel we were at. Prayed for no bed bugs. Price was right for sure, but you do get what you pay for. Another 30/40 bucks would get better but if you don’t have it and just need a quick sleep and move along it might works for u. Staff was very friendly breakfast was what I expected.

The bed was pretty hard. The room did not have coffee! Their “breakfast” was pitiful! The “blackout” curtains did not block out the light. The ice machine on the top floor was broken. I did appreciate how well lit the building was. The man who checked me in was very friendly and genuinely nice.
