Stayed bc had a trade show in the area, i made the reservation online thru hotels.com i paid online, but when i got to the hotel, i was made to pay again, and the manager at the hotel showed me that the hotel hadn't been paid, i even showed him my conformation and receipts and emails. So im not sure what or where my original payment has went, im waiting on a manager or supervisor to reach back out to me from hotels.com

Amazing breakfast served at this hotel. Homemade butter cream biscuits with Real milk gravy , grits, browned sausage and all the other regular breakfast items you might want. The staff is very welcoming., Rooms are comfortable and clean but average.

Everything was broken. Elevator, key cards got deactivated, ice machine and computer printer

Nice experience staying at thia hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall very clean. The room smelled a bit damp/stale. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave. All amenities are provided.

Ice machine broken. Elevator broken. Room smelled like smoke, desk lady offered me febreeze. Spider in the bathtub. Loud noise early in the morning from water pipes in another room. Couldn't sleep. Terrible experience. I would like manager to refund my money.

It was completely terrible they made me pay extra to check in and the room was extremely dirty caked dirt on the lamps tampons and dirty condoms from the previous person in both trash cans they had bugs in lobby the staff were super mean and rude and the vending machines didn’t work

Located within 5 miles of major highways and a super big shopping mall. Plenty of great variety of dining options available too

Room wasn't the executive suite i reserved and the bath tub had huge 3 to 4 inch cochroach in it. So the frontdesk just apologized and exchanged my rooms but it still wasn't an executive suite like i reserved. Staff entered the room after we'd left without cleaning and went through our belongings. Totally not satisfied with this facility nor stay.

The original room had a bad smell and sheets were dirty. Moved to a second room same smell and critters were in tub. Only stayed total of 21/2 hours and had to find another hotel to stay but was still charged for the night no discount or anything offered for the inconvenience.

However, A/C does not work well which was very unfortunate since the weather outside was very hot. Jets on the hot tub shoot upwards which causedd the wall to get wet

I like the location to eateries and shopping, but did not like how old the property looked in the rooms. It needs an update badly! I would also like to note the staff was outstandingly nice and efficient in doing their job.

Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. The other people staying here don't always respect rules. Hotel is no smoking. But you can smell weed in areas.

The bed was kingsized and comfy. The desk in the room had connetuons for computers and people on the go. And they worked! Most other places I have stayed had rather dodgy electrical recepticles for powering a cell phone or laptop. It was quiet and I could use the gym to stay in shape while I travel.

The bathroom smelled like sewer. The bed sheets had stains on them. Half of the outlets were loose and couldn't hold plugs. I needed towels and theys had me bring my dirty towels to the front to exchange for cleans ones and they didn't even have what I needed available. The shower curtain was ripped and the door to the bathroom was damaged. Just not a good experience. The continental waffle was watered down that it fell apart.

The rooms were clean. However read the fine print before booking regarding a deposit. Also one of our rooms the air didn’t blow well, so during the day in this Texas heat, it felt awful! No room change was available either.

The stay was good. I give the stay 5 stars due the price of the hotel, it exceeded expectations. The only thing that i would say, needs to be better is the breakfast. The breakfast was unfulfilling.
