The TV disconnected to the service each time we turned it off. Had to have someone come to the room.
The floors were dirty. We put towels on the floor by the bed so we could wipe our feet before getting into bed

The room was clean and had good service despite being sold out on the weekend. Would recommend to anyone that would ask.

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. 2 years ago when we were here, they were renovating the rooms on the ground floor.
Then we got booked in one of the renovated room. Its very nice and comfy.
Only had problem with with the bed sheet that we used. It was dirty with some mark hairs. We reported right away but no more room attendant available so we just used the other sheets on the other bed.
Next day, room service came and offered to change and do our bed.
They were very nice and apologetic.
Staff are friendly. Would go back again next time.
Hopefully there’s more choices for breakfast.
But over all stay is good.

Upon check-in the room was very clean although any moisture on the floor turned it to an ice rink because it was hardwood. Yhe tv had zero instructions on how to use it or what channels etc. could be found. The phone had absolutely zero information on or near it on how to call front desk or even call out, not sure if you would need to dial 9 for an outside call or what as my cell was dead without a charger. I have photos to share but this app won't let me. The neighbours threw their garbage outside my door before they checked out and someone tossed a bag of rotten food in the box of my truck. I think these are because of the homeless scumbags in the area.

Room wa great very clean and quiet. Nice to be on the groundlevel and the pool was only 100 feet away.

Absolutley aweful! Walls are paper thin. Plumbing sucks as the shower barely put out water and made a crazy loud noise the whole time it ran. Stayed there 3 nights. Moved rooms after 1st night and no better the next 2. Manager there very unfriendly with zero personality.

Great location, friendly staff and reception is always accommodating. Nice view. Pool and hot tub are good. Room comments: air condition not working properly and tub could used an update but other than that room is relaxing. Breakfast is also great! Bacon, eggs, pancakes and so much more!

Quite disappointed. The photos lead you to believe it’s a newly renovated property. But many old and dirty areas. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment, while it had been cleaned, the walls had lots of mildew and there was a very strong dank smell. We never felt clean after showering. The room was very small, the air conditioner is about 6 inches from the bed, which cycles you from cold to hot while you’re sleeping. The beds were comfortable though. The breakfast is definitely better than nothing, but we only used it once over our two day stay, as the quality was pretty low. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that. Staff were quite friendly. Parking lot didn’t feel particularly safe to me, although everything was fine both days. Overall, we paid a lot, and got a little.

Other guests did not respect the 11pm quiet hours. Kids were running down the hallway and banged on our door, some sort of ding dong ditch game? I don’t know, but it woke us up. Not upset at management about this.
Also inspected the beds and our box spring as heavily stained, the matress and sheets were clean though.

I would not stay at this property again. It is old. There are ants in the rooms. the pool was very cloudy. when we arrived at about 5 the cleaning was still underway and all the dirty linens and towels were in the hallways.
