I was told before booking a room, The hot tub is working. Upon my arrival and check in I was told the hot tub is out of service. I wanted a refund because I wanted to leave. I was very upset because I couldn’t get a refund so I can leave. Instead I had to stay. The only reason why I book there is because of the hot tub.

The breakfast selection and variety was AMAZING! Staff was professional and friendly! Over the four days we stayed the halfways throughout needing a good vacuum. Especially all along the walls and corners in the room!

Best Western Cape Cod Hotel is a great place for a weekend on the Cape. It is a convenient location, and the hotel is well maintained and has a very nice pool, a fine breakfast, and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed by Lydia in the breakfast room, who made us feel welcomed and wished us well, and by Monica at the front desk, who was very kind in welcoming us as well.
I would be happy to stay here again.

I liked the location; pool was large; lobby/breakfast area updated. Rooms were dated, bathroom very small and limited space to hang clothes or put toiletries in bathroom. Sink outside bathroom was fine. Couldn't open windows, room had a/c and damp feeling.

Have stayed here many times . Wonder why we always get moved to a non pet room when we reserve online it never says the room we get is a pet room.
Had to go from a king size bed to two queens . Which isnt ideal for a couple that sleeps in a king siz bed
