Overall stay was ok. There is no balcony because the doors do not open. Our safes battery was low so we couldn’t put anything in it. The lamp between the beds wouldn’t turn on. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok as well, not included and $17 per person.

Everything was great, with one issue that I experienced, and that was the low water pressure in the shower and and shower heard that needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. But overall was good, I'll definitely stay again if it's the tower

It was a very clean nice place. Security 24/7 free parking! The security guard Simon greeted us with a smile and was very polite!! I got to check in 1 hr early def. 5 stars!!!

This hotel is brilliant, I have stayed there now 3 times over the past 18 months. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job, all of the staff say "hello" to you with a smile on their face. There are no resort fees (there is a$50 hold), the parking is free, the I-ride stop is right outside the back of the hotel and there are free shuttle buses to universal studios!

This is a great hotel for under $100 per night less than ten minutes from Universal Studios.

for only $70 a night you can’t really do much better, i wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night though. it’s clean, a little outdated and beat up though. the blankets and towels leave something to be desired. it could be a lot worse for the price though so we’ll be back. also the sushi restaurant surprisingly isn’t bad at all, the chef we met was super kind and made good sushi. the convenience store has a little bit of anything you could possibly need. it’s also only like 6 minutes from universal so that’s awesome. it sometimes had a hint of the smell of weed but only in the hallways and it wasn’t overpowering. the bathroom was a tight squeeze but the shower was nice.

As always, a perfect trip! They take great care of us and keep our dog safe (trust me when I say finding a good dog friendly hotel in the area is difficult!!). Love staying here - everyone is so kind, they keep it well maintained and I never worry.

I received a free upgrade to the presidential suite, which in first thought was nice. The room was very large, though terribly dated. Not sure why hotels these days have substituted full size pillows for tiny little hard uncomfortable ones, but they were horrible. Bed was comfortable and infested with bed bugs, so here I sit after finally getting home, completely covered with swollen itchy bites in the back of my neck, shoulders, arms and back. Spoke with hotel manager and filed a report. She took photos and I was told the room would be inspected and someone would call me, but I haven’t heard a thing. I certainly hope they don’t intend on I put that charge through my card! Clearly the last time I stay there after three years of regular visits.

Booked because of on site EV charging arrived to find a broken charger and person at the desk said it has been years since it worked with no plans to fix it. Ask for cancelation because of lack of charging and was td.that was not allowed. To top this off room was extremely dated however appeared clean.

This property is clean and ample parking. Housekeeping passes by every morning at 10AM. There is a convenience store and two restaurants inside of the facility. They do provide shuttle services which you would have to give a twenty four hour notice before utilizing it. The pool is small but has decent open hours until 10pm. Laundry is $5 per wash and dry and breakfast buffet is 13.95 per person w possible gratuity charge. Restaurants/ gift shops/ arcade/shopping plaza are all walking distance and it is also 6 minutes driving to universal studios 💕

Housekeeping staff was fistfighting on the breeze way outside my room. The wood had expanded on the bathroom door and it literally had to be kicked open and closed.

Room 160 has a dog that barked for hours and hours I called front desk but was told they could only call the owners they were unable to enter the room. Air conditioning leaked on floor the carpet was saturated. I’m a repeat stayer for years this stay was disappointing. No compensation on my stay especially with the barking dog.

Overall fine. Bugs all over the bathroom and extremely limited times for the shuttle to universal which was the only reason we chose to stay in that area. Ended up just paying for parking so we weren’t stuck in the park for 6+ hours with no transportation.

The people were super nice.. It just wasnt clean. First room smelled like something died in it. They did change my room, but the new one was dirty also, and expedia said they couldn't do anything about it..

Liked the convenient location to theme parks, stores, restaurants. The hotel stay was pretty decent overall only issue was during the day, it was hot and muggy in the lobby and getting off the elevator on your floor, elevators were pretty small and made weird noises. BUT the bed and pillows were AMAZING got the best sleep away from home during our stay here. The AC in the room was spot on. Overall enjoyed the stay for the price.
