Toda a equipe é sensacional, são super atenciosos e todos falam Português, café da manhã bom, a gente fica a vontade para fazer waffle todos os dias, além das panquecas tradicionais.

Carpete do quarto, acho muito anti higiênico, poderiam arrancar ou considerar higienização do mesmo pois os pés ficavam pretos andando descalço no quarto.

the carpet of the room was not clean and it does also smell bad. we were told that the room will be cleaned every 3 days which is strange and also after the third day it wasn’t cleaned and when we asked why it wasn’t cleaned. the answer was you are leaving tomorrow. I paid for my stay and I paid also for my room to be cleaned. otherwise i will get an Airbnb

Praktsiche Lage und einfach zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen Piepton im Zimmer, der gestört hat und konnten direkt das Zimmer wechseln. Alles super. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist wie in allen amerikanischen Hotels (Waffeln, Muffins, Bagel,…). Vollkommen okay und ausreichend. Wir waren das zweite mal in dem Hotel und würden es immer wieder buchen.

-Property is old but very clean and staff are very kind:) -Arthur(if I correct his name spell) is very nice guy!! -Wendy’s and Burger King are close to their place. -7eleven and drug stores are less than 10min away from hotel(google map shows far away) -Universal Studio is 30min by walk. If you couldn’t get the shuttle bus. You can get the local bus(Lynx 21) in front of the hotel to Universal Studio .

-when we get into the room, the room was bit stinky -breakfast is very simple

Ther room was excellent (comfortable & clean), the location very convenient next to Theme Parks Universal, Island & Volcano.

The only thing I didn't like at the breakfast area, was the scramble egg (it was like in water, not good).

Hotel com bom custo-benefício. Pertinho dos Parques da Universal. Café da manhã gostoso, estilo americano. Tem estacionamento gratuito, lavanderia e academia. A Equipe fala português e é sempre solícita. Sempre que vou a Orlando, me hospedo lá.

Travesseiros poderiam ser melhores e a cama de casal um pouco maior. E o quarto um pouco mais iluminado.

Excelente ubicación para los parques como para opciones de compras. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Buen desayuno. Linda piscina. Muy buena comunicación con el personal. Volveremos pronto.

Estuvimos 11 días y nunca nos pudieron arreglar la tv ni cambiar el foco de la luz de entrada a la habitación.

Rooms were adequate, but stuffy as windows were sealed and did not open. Best hairdryer I've ever had in a hotel. Lovely bath/shower - all Dove products, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Microwave and fridge in the room. Bus stop right outside the hotel both ways and we managed to get around on a daily pass which we could use as many times as we liked. Breakfast was adequate and did include hot items such as scrambled egg, omelettes, sausages cereals, fresh bread/toast week days, and waffles, pancakes over the weekends, . Huge bonus was a coffee maker in the breakfast area which was available all day and was really good coffee. Wendy's close by and Walgreens within walking distance. Value for money with reservations.

No safe in the room. This was a bit annoying as we then had to carry laptops and valuables everywhere we went . Although we were told that we could store luggage on our last day, the luggage was stored behind the reception desk and we were charged USD 10 for more than one case. Needed aircon all day &night as no windows could open.

Breakfast was not good at all

Everything was soooo Clean! The Staff was very professional and Friendly and I was asked what Floor I wanted and lot of places don't ask that Question. And the amazing thing about it I ended up right next door to my Uncle who were visiting from St Pete... So I enjoyed Everything because theirs nothing like spending time with Family! There was an issue with our original room that we were placed in the plumbing was bad. But, I love that the staff got us into a room right away did not delay and was able to accommodate and make things right.

The place is really close to Universal Orlando. There is also a shuttle bus! The location is very comfortable and peaceful. The gym and other amenities are also well-maintained!

awesome location within walking distance of Universal parks. breakfast included! amazing price for the quality, pretty much under $115 CAD per night. Very clean place! would recommend if you just plan on sleeping there rather than spending too much time in your hotel.

the pillows were probably the worst pillows I have ever slept on, and they were all the same so you couldn't choose a different one. Also, our toilet was broken when we got there. In all good price for value for sure.

we loved the constant cleaning of the facility, also really loved that we were so close to Universal and SeaWorld!

there isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. The only thing is we could not used the shuttle to the park due to the early time it was returning to the hotel.
