We really enjoyed our stay at Sleep inn.
Staff was very pleasant, room was clean and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, it even has Biscuits and Gravy.

Enjoyed every minute. Sara at check in is the best. Gave us info about Soho for a delicious supper and seeing the Charleston Market Center. Room was clean lovely comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfast with hot and cold choices and wonderful coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall I give this hotel a 4-Star rating. The staff was very friendly and they had cookies and popcorn in the lobby. Our room was clean, as we only needed it for one night. The beds were a little too hard for my liking though. The breakfast was very good in the choices they offered, they had muffins, bread, bagels and english muffins you could toast with butter and jelly, cereals, huge sausage links and patties, Eggs, cinnamon apples, biscuits with sausage gravy, fresh waffles you could make, juices, coffee, water and other food items as well. My only complaint is that the eggs were pretty dry and clumped together, but other than that everything else was pretty good. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay someplace for a night or two that is affordable and safe.

Stayed for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great just outside of Charleston but a short 7-8 minute highway drive to the downtown area. It is also very conveniently located just off the exit ramp. There is a family style restaurant right in front of the hotel with great food. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. The complimentary hot breakfast provided was an additional bonus with lots of choices. The area around the hotel felt very safe with adequate lighting in the parking lot and night time security patrol. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and the shower was hot with good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends traveling to Charleston.

Stayed for a week and every staff member I encountered was so friendly and SUPER helpful. Very quiet and nicely maintained. Room has everything you need and is cleaned daily - unless you ask not to be disturbed. Awesome restaurant on site as well (same parking lot). Will definitely stay again and would recommend 10/10. No complaints at all.

Staff was very friendly. My previous stay at this hotel was just fine and I was very pleased with my room. Not this time. Some clown obviously smoked in this room and the odor of cigarettes was very strong. I thought maybe it was my imagination, but even my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke when I unpacked them at home. Someone from housekeeping or management should have noticed this and taken steps to deal with it and the room should not have been sold until the odor was eliminated.

Location is close to downtown Charleston but doesn’t feel like it. It’s quiet. Staff was pleasant. It was clean and well kept. Would stay again.

This is a good place to stay a night or two when traveling. Price is great, they have a nice little lobby, free breakfast and parking is ALWAYS appreciated by travelers. (Having to pay for parking in a lot that belongs to the hotel you’re already paying to stay at is just dumb) so definitely grateful for that. The rooms are small but nice and clean. Didn’t find any issues. Staff is very nice.

Altho the property is average and the rooms are average, the staff is very friendly, breakfast plentiful, and property supplies the basic needs and gv great svc. We had an episode w our car which was our fault and security contacted us. Front desk very welcoming and all day coffee and night time cookies and popcorn proves their efforts to welcome you. Rooms hv microwave, refrigerator, and their ice machine was working. Stsyed at tons of Marriotts that hv no coffee and no ice! Rate was very reasonable. Just don't expect plush! It's just a good value!

It was clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Our only complaint was that our ADA bathroom had a tub instead of a walk-in shower. An ADA bathroom should accommodate someone in a wheelchair to roll into the shower and not have to step over the side of a tub. But the bathroom was spacious otherwise..

Although it isnt close to any atteactions or shopping. It was so well maintained inside and out. We only stayed for 1 night driving down to N. Carolina. We got a cookie and popcorn checking in. The restaurant on the property was very good. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

While this property had all of the amenities that I needed, a close inspection of the room revealed that it was not cleaned well. The back of the tub was dirty, the bottles of wash, shampoo, and lotion had hair on it and was dirty as well. We didn’t even touch them and never took a shower until we left the next morning. The staff was the best thing in the place.
