The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and comfortable.

The door handle was difficult to get into the room. I had to call the front desk and they came down. They said I had to hold it up in order to get into the room. I had a handicap room and even with the shower curtain closed. There was water all over the room, which made it very dangerous for people who are handicap. Also, I had to call the front desk to find out where they are located because there are no real signs until you got right up to the property and then the sign looked as if it were like a 10 x 10 which is difficult to see.

The room felt dirty, bathroom especially. Bathroom door was broken, toilet stained.

It's a good location for a monthly trip I have to make.

A supposedly clean towel was stained, looked like it had not really been washed.

The bed was comfortable enough.

the rooms were musty and smelled of smoke even though non smoking was requested. the smoke detectors were missing from the wall. furniture was worn and dirty. the bathroom hD what looked like blood on the wall. curtains were full of holes. cigarette burns on the comforter.
