Convenience and clean

Need grab and go for breakfast.

We booked a room with a king size bed. When we went to our room there were two double beds. 3 times I had to go to the front desk before they got it right. However the next morning someone walked into our room while my wife was naked. Apparently someone was checked into our room at 8:00 am while we were still in it. Needless to say we were irate.

No marquee or identification on the side of the building by Civic Center Dr.

The floor was quite dirty in the breakfast  dining room. Did not care for the choices for breakfast.

Clean staff friendly. Close to restaurant and attractions

Convenient location to camc womens and children’s. Two of the staff members were SO kind and sweet. The overnight front desk employee actually found a remote to switch the input to the TV in our room so we could plug in our console to the TV. The rooms were super cold and that was a blessing considering it was 83 degrees outside at night. Checking in was fast and easy. We only had to use a credit card for a $10 incidental fee which is insanely cheap compared to other hotels. I absolutely loved that checkout was at noon verses 10-11 o’clock. Parking was easy too. I was able to park literally by the main entrance at all times. I did like the set up of the room and the space, it’s great for families.

Housecleaning definitely do not thoroughly clean the rooms. There was so much hair in the beds and bathroom. 🤢Carpet turns your feet solid black. Shower curtains do not hold back water when showering. Toilet paper is thinner than tissue paper lol. Literally every corner was filthy with dirt as well as underneath anything. You can’t bring a gaming console or computer to plug into the TV because you can’t switch inputs. We couldn’t use any other door but the main front door to enter the hotel with the key card/room key. We came down the last 15 minutes a breakfast and couldn’t find a single thing as they already had cleaned up and put everything away. Including beverages. I couldn’t find vending but they do have food and drinks beside the check in desk and everything is over priced. The elevators were like an oven.

Very clean facilities, lobby and the whole building. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking .

Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help fix a booking error I had made with dates. No fuss, no complaints, just trying their very best to help. It was really appreciated and I was very impressed.

The disposable, single use plastic etc for breakfast. Super wasteful and un-ecological. Actually quite unbelieveable!

Food too far away

Staff was awesome and really helpful. Bed was really comfortable and facilities were clean.

Using Booking.com. I will work directly with the hotels from now on.
