One of the bed had a metal sound when a person moves in the night. Also there was peint falling of the seilling and dust on the walls

Perfect place to lay your head. We were only there to sleep. Checked in at about 10:30pm and were out by 9:30am. Beds were a little hard, which I don’t mind, but a couple friends had a hard time sleeping.

I was fine but my sister said her bed was uncomfortable. Room was clean. One elevator was out of service and the other should have been. More than 2 people on it and it was hold your breath and pray you make it your floor

Coffee pot didn’t work. My mattress had busted springs and noisy every move I made. But I loved the jet flush toilet! Industrial neighborhood but I expected it

one of 2 elevators out makes getting to and from a room on the 5th floor an adventure. room was clean. busy area. very walkable to restaurants and grocery. traffic is horrific during most of the day.

The hotel was rundown inside and out!
The lobby was full of boxes.
Broken, dirty & gross! Only one elevator worked (sometimes). The buttons didn’t light up and it’s you never knew if it was coming or not.
There was not lobby so no lobby coffee or water.
The hallways were so dirty.
The rooms showed like improvements were made with newer beds but the paint was cracked and chipped on every square inch of the room!
The floors which seemed to be a laminate type of floor felt like it had an oil layer on it. We were sliding every time we took a step. To the point we were hesitant to wear shoes.
The tv barely worked. The volume was either all the way up or all the way down. The AC sort of worked.

The vending machines.~ did I really just pay almost $4 for a small Dasani water?!?!
Housekeeping was very friendly though.
But this hotel was disgusting!

It was good and quiet and plenty of parking plenty of snacks and places around to eat too easy to get too. Room was very clean and quiet with a hot shower and no rug which is good. I prefer hardwood floors. we got some sleep on a Friday night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

RATS. Rats in the walls. Supposed to stay two night. Left after one. Dog urine on the bed and rats in the walls. Clerk at the front desks didn’t bat an eye when I told her because they KNOW. They are still booking guests in this disgusting hotel. Expedia will do nothing about it. Just keep sending guests there.

The staff was unfriendly and dresses unprofessionally. The male at the front desk was not groomed and looked like he was homeless. Carpet was old and un kept. Bad smell throughout the floor. Pillows were bad seem very dirty. Window were not cleaned had a film on them. Elevator was out of order and the other one was seemed to go out next. I stood at red roof twice this year in different states and both were disgusting. Never stay in red roof again. I don’t care how cheap it is. Picture don’t tell the truth.

The room appeared tidy. We stayed there for 4 nights, but after a couple of nights, my roommate began noticing bites on her body. We noticed small red stains on the one bed closest to the window. The number of bites increased. The situation was reported to the person at the front desk. After I left, I noticed approximately 10 bites on me. Our big concern is that we are able to sanitize our belongings without spreading the bugs to our homes. Management was notified after we checked out. We were told that we would get a response back within 7 days.

It is a good experience. The staff is very nice. Only thing is deposit of 150 dollars, which was not mentioned in the about section of this hotel. They told they will refund me the money in 7 days, let's see when I will be receiving those.

It’s good place to stay. Less than 20 mins from Boston downtown. We had access to everything there.

That’s the third time I stayed in this hotel, this I stayed on first floor, outside it’s a lot of people and children playing in my window, shower is so bad, the water doesn’t have pressure, I’m so sad. I don’t want to come back there again.

Hotel was very old, peeling paint, elevator out of service the other elevator had no indicator lights for the buttons. The room floor was slippery and greasy. TV was super old and had very low volume.

There is no breakfast offered at this hotel whatsoever. One elevator was out of service and the other did not give a safe feeling when using it. The staff was just okay but, often in the back room instead of at the desk anytime we walked in and out of the building. We had to request for our room to be serviced as this was not done daily unless you asked for it. Even after service, we had to go and ask for bath towels at the front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and the one that did work made weird noises and shook making us question its safety. There was a grocery store across the street and also a restaraunt just opposite the hotel entrance so food easily accessable. I would consider staying again hoping the elevators were both working properly, but if the elevators were still wonky then I woupd not stay a third time.

We had two rooms. They changed us because in the first room, there were no hot water. In the second room, the water was warmer but not hot so no bath! Only quick showers… People were nice.
