There was no shuttle service, construction next door, restaurant closed early, none of the vending machines worked, slots for change were glued shut. Customer service was terrible, they couldn’t get me an airport taxi. Were gossiping and chatting not interested in doing their job. No gluten free options on breakfast menu. Soooo disappointing.

Booked this hotel as it was near the airport and a reasonable price for an unexpected layover. We were not very impressed, hotel was in rough shape and unclean. The hotel smelled bad and felt a little unsafe.

I was bitten all night by bed bugs. I took videos and pictures of my bites and bedbugs for proof to show management. Management said they could only give 50% off on our next stay there as we booked through 3rd party. Management did give me their email address to book directly through them our next stay. I requested compensation of some sort this stay. Least comfortable I've been in any hotel ever. I will not be staying here in the future.

Hotel is nothing fancy, but it appears to be well maintained with comfortable rooms, and a nice restaurant on site.
If you are simply looking for a clean room and a place to rest your head this will do. Hotel is next to the end of a runway, so you will hear planes taking off, but it ends by midnight and is at a moderate level depending on the plane.
Check in was quick, staff was friendly. Close to 40 on ramp. Restaurant had solid meals with good portions for both dinner and breakfast.

Elevator can fit 2 people with carry on. Parking lot full and no parking available. Was there for a funeral and it was hectic no parking.

The place is really good if you have a flight next day. The only bad thing is the zone. There's nothinh to do and the bus stops are far from the hotel. Other than that, it's enough for one night.

The Hotel location is convenient and price is a little bit expensive for this type of hotels . Wal-Mart is a 10 minutes walk .No airport transfer service nor breakfast 😕

This was a seedy sketchy ugly hotel that I did not feel safe or good at , it was tired and beat , gross carpets , no tv and stinky !!!!

Nice overall, stayed there for work and added one night for leisure.
A bit far on the weekend to visit the city as most buses are not running on the weekend.
Staff is friendly, no refill of coffee during the stay but was able to get some from reception.

Overall, it was a good experience and fit our needs. The room was clean although there was some damage on the walls in a few places and the carpet was a bit ripped in some spots. Also, the phone in the room wasn't working but we didn't really need it.
The front desk staff were very nice, helpful and always available.
The parking lot is all gravel because of the construction so a bit rough but, of course, that is temporary.

unfortunately our car was stolen in fairview point clair suspecting some body followed us using tracking device.
you need to pay more attention to security in the neighborhood. never again will be guest in your hotel.

There were molds in the washroom, carpets were wet on several places, damp smell in the room, lots of patch work almost everywhere in the room. Would not recommend for the price.

We got this hotel because it was close to the airport, it was nice but we didn’t like the bathrooms , small and not the lighting in there was bad . But overall if you are looking for a clean hotel which is close to the airport this is a good choice .

Didn’t expected this from Expedia. I have heavily relied on Expedia and the properties and services listed. But this booking was a huge disappointment. The corridor and room carpet was dirty. The bathroom was not clean too. The bed was broken and had a quinchy sound.
The outside of the property was still under construction and not as per pictures.

Garbage and dirty laundry in the halls. The non-smoking room stank of stale smoke, chemical cleaners, and mold from the AC unit which has never been cleaned. The floor was covered in crumbs and grit. A horror. I’ve never written a bad review before. I will never stay at a Days Inn or Wyndham property again. Conference centre? Hilarious.

Good location for someone not needing to get downtown. We were visiting 3 different families in the same general area near the hotel. One night in the hotel, then back to Ontario the next day.
Close to the airport & highway. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are pretty sad looking. Entry doors are very loud. Bathroom fan is very loud.

Not their fault, but there is construction next door and there is a bit of noise during work hours. It is quite tolerable.
I would stay there again.

Terrible room service. They missed the service day, and when I called the reception around 3pm to ask for a room clean-up, they just said that the cleaning staff was gone for the day and there is nothing they can do. They asked if there is a good time for them to clean the room the next day, I said 10:30am, but when we came back around noon, it was still not done. I had to call again the reception to remind them, and that was the first service we got after 3 nights. Also, after that service, they didn't change the kleenex box, which had 2 sheets left into it, and didn't provide another toilet paper roll when more than half of it was gone.

Was handy as a quick stop over for the airport and did what we paid for. Would note that with the hotel being located in an Industrial area, there are not many options for dining or having a drink near by, the hotel options where closed when we where there.
